Ferrars Hall has an excellent standard of care for the residents, the staff are all caring and treat residents with dignity and respect . The home is very homely and residents can make their room special to them with their own possessions like they would at home. Ferrars Hall is nicely decorated and clean in all areas and very well maintained. Residents in the home are happy and can join in activities if they want to or just have a nap or natter over a cuppa. Ferrars Hall is an excellent care home. It is modern and very well designed. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, caring and very professional. My mother is being given superb care and I have nothing but praise for the home and for the company that runs it.

The care has been exemplary, personalised and genuinely caring. Communication has been good throughout lockdown, and there has been as much support as possible for residents to keep in touch with family.

My mum has been a resident at Ferrars Hall for over 4 years now and is very happy there, she continually praises the staff for all they do. I have always found the staff to be amazing. They are professional, patient and kind, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they treat every resident as if they were a member of their own family. From the first enquiry, the Customer Relations Advisor went above and beyond in assisting us with every step, making the process as quick and smooth as possible with fantastic communication. Mum was greeted into a warm, happy and welcoming environment. Since moving in she has settled in quickly, enjoys the daily activities and keeps telling me how lovely the building and all of the staff are. My sister, aged 95, has been a resident in Ferrars Hall Care Home for just over a year and I cannot stress enough how well she has been cared for. She has very little mobility, is confined to her chair and needs help to get to and from the bathroom for toilet needs and showers and to get in and out of bed. She is also partially sighted due to macular degeneration. Due to a sudden and unexpected need to find a care home for Dad, my sister and I were faced with having to find a care home at very short notice. We very quickly selected Ferrars Hall (from a shortlist) and our experience from the outset was remarkable. My mother has been at Ferrars Hall for only a few weeks, so it is quite difficult for me to assess Ferrars Hall accurately and fairly as I have only visited her once due to Covid-19. The Customer Relations Manager has been extremely helpful and shows a very positive and caring attitude towards the family.
