These gentlemen truly changed my life. I went through hell trying to buy a car. Tempe Kia soled me a car and then called me a week later and made me bring it back because they could not get my loan approved. I had given up completely until Chris Nasralla called and promised to help me. I was so discouraged that I ignored his first 5 calls. I am now the proud owner of a Fiat Abarth! Thanks to the great sales team at Fiat, the transaction to purchase this one of a kind ball of joy was smooth and satisfactory. They were friendly, accommodating and worked with me to reach my financial needs. They also provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle. My family had previously purchased a Fiat pop and were treated with the same respect, curtesy, and accommodation that I was treated with. One of the best experiences buying a car to date.

For accessories and my spare tire kit it is true that this Fiat studio was more expensive in most cases but for oil changes I have to issue a sincere apology to Fiat of north Scottsdale. The reason the other two studios I mentioned in my first post are so much cheaper for an oil change is that they are not using synthetic oil like my Fiat calls for they are using conventional oil so that is why they can be so much cheaper for an oil change. Went for a test drive and left with a new Fiat 500L! Thanks to Richard (Rick) Sims, Fiat Specialist, and Ozzie in sales for making the car buying experience as painless as possible. Rick was very personable and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention patient with answering my many questions. Admittedly I don't have the best credit in the world so Ozzie worked hard to make sure I was pre-approved for a loan within my budget needs for the make/model I was looking for. Had a great experience while purchasing a vehicle at Fiat of Scottsdale. Our salesman "MO" was outstanding. He could not of been more cordial and pleasant. It had been awhile since having the dealership experience and I was kind of dreading purchasing a vehicle however , having MO as our salesperson changed my thinking. It was such a pleasureable experience. NO PRESSURE... If your looking to purchase any vehicle (used) from Fiat of Scottsdale, definitely give "MO" a call. You won't be disappointed.
