When we walked in, we were less than impressed. Definitely far from what we were expecting. We had a group of 8 and none of us were happy with the outcome of the reservation. From what we saw on the website and pictures, it's far from what it's like in person. Will not be back.

Location has been remodeled & not for the better. Tables now look like it's a cafeteria, small & light wood. Uncomfortable chairs instead of the booths. Prices have increased and now less food and sauce offerings.

Had a review for 8:00 and wasn’t seated until 8:45. That defeats the whole purpose of a reservation. Then to wait for our food to be cooked at the grill was 20 minutes, not including the time to wait in line to pick out the left over food. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

They had a remodel recently and it went from (little run down) dark, personal, and fun dining with a super fun open grill style, to a open, over packed, IKEA cafeteria style room. The new set up is now one raw bar, instead of two. So the line is super long and the raw bar itself is super dirty from being mobbed. This used to be a fun restaurant with a great vibe. Now it’s more like a diner chain that is over staffed with people who are more interested in social hour than doing their job, and the food is mediocre. The only good part that remains is the circle grill.

Since the change in decor, it seems like the service and quality of the restaurant has gone down a lot. It seemed more like a college dining hall where tables and chairs are everywhere rather then a nice restaurant with booths. My husband and I also didn’t make a reservation and they said it was an hour and half but we made a reservation a second later for right then. What happened to fire and Ice! It was a fun up beat place. They got ride of the comfy booths and the cool decorations. My girlfriend described it as being to sterile. It is to open and has no soul anymore. I was very disappointed in the atmosphere. The food is still amazing tho still the same group of guys that make incredible food.

Not impressed. Service was awful and the food was nothing special. I’m gluten free and my meal was bland and the choices were very very limited. Way overpriced in my opinion. The margarita was good though. Would not recommend.
