So first me and my wife was seated by the exit and some type of remodeling going on. People kept walking by so close that somebodys jacket touched my salad. Second my wife asked for plastic silverware for personal reasons and the waiter seemer bothered to walk and get so said the had none. Very dissappointed. I always recommended that place to people because it wasnt my first time there. But very dissappointing.

I made a reservation On 10/19 for my mother’s birthday party and when we got there, we were told that we needed to wait for our table due to renovation problems. We were really upset! I never had this kind of experience before there! It is not customers problem that they are renovating and also they should let people know in advance.. i will not come back for sure

It would have been nice to post on the website that they are under construction. We literally were eating next to dusty drywall and tarps.

Place was under construction and we were seated against a plastic tarp hanging from the ceiling to the floor. Nothing on their web site indicated the restaurant was under renovation. Tables were small, chairs looked like banquet chairs with tears in them. I thought this would be a fun place to bring the family who was visiting my son who is attending college in Boston. Won't go here again as they should have closed during the renovation instead of making people sit in a construction area. Food was nothing to write home about... read more

Hostess wasn’t accommodating as we had reservations and we requested another table as the first one was in the middle of the food area. There were plenty of tables around but she was very rude and said they were reserved. Will not be back

Even though our restaurant might look empty, it's typically not. Our guests are always up and about out of their seat either at our market or grill area. Though they're not sitting down, the table is still occupied. We hope you will reconsider and visit again for a great FiRE+iCE experience.
Our server never came back. The food stations were poorly organized.

Wasn't aware of the renovations being done... plastic curtains not plesant site.
The carpet was dirty, the rice had too much salt. We really enjoyed the variety of vegetables and sea food.
First time visiting - the overall condition where we were seated was poor. Cleanliness was an issue - condition of table we were seat - the area - just overall poor. Menus were even gross .
