I am exceedingly pleased with the installation of my kitchen and hallway flooring. Tyler provided outstanding guidance in selecting the flooring, and the team executed the installation with skill. From my initial contact to the final installation, Tyler and his staff exceeded all my expectations. My older home, built in 1905, presents many challenges due to its unique architectural details, making this a more complex project. Thank you for the beautiful transformation of my floors. They were knowledgeable about their products and the installation procedures. l had my carpet installed and I so very satisfied on the how it came out. The installers were great. I used Floorz in Strongsville and the staff was wonderful! I brought home numerous samples before I selected Karastan. They helped me bring them in the store and take them to my vehicle and took the time and effort to help me with my choice. The service they gave me was outstanding and I would highly recommend them. I am very happy with my floors!!
We used Floorz in Copley/Fairlawn area for about 400sf of new laminate flooring on the first level of our home. The team was amazing thoughout the entire process. The initial estimate included floor prep allowance which was helpful as to not have a huge surprise upon installation. Everyone on the sales and install team were great, professional, and got the project done extremely quick. Communication was great before, during, and after installation. We selected our flooring materials from Floorz in Montrose. The sales staff were professional and helpful. I made several trips over as I was indecisive in my selection and they were consistently friendly and willing to answer questions and make suggestions. We plan to use them for a future remodel,
We just had Floorz in Strongsville to install our floor etc. My wife and myself are extremely happy with our floor.
