Malcolm at the Floorz Mayfield Heights store was very attentive throughout the entire process from sales to post-installation. He was patient as I considered various carpet options, kept me informed on delivery dates, and checked to make sure that I was satisfied with the installation. I was and a shoutout to the installers for being on time, efficiently installing the new carpet and cleaning up any debris.

We worked with Rob at the Copley store. Rob and his team were fantastic to deal with. Helpful, not pushy. They helped us find a beautiful product to fit within our budget. The gold star really comes from our installation team. They were fantastic. Very detail oriented and professional. Every corner, every nook and cranny was installed to perfection. The attention to detail was phenominal. We work outside of our home and we felt complete confidence leaving our installation team to do their job.
I worked with Jill at the Copley store and what a great experience. I was in a rush to just have one room replaced so I could list my condo for sale. Jill and Jamie treated me well and got it all done within two weeks. Even though it was a small job they worked with me to get it done quickly and helped me pick the most economical option. They are honest and great people. The installers were phenomenal. They got the job done quickly but did an amazing job. I am really grateful for Jill and all her help.
