Sales agent lied to us basically about everything (*************************) we do not save nearly as much as they projected on our excel bill. We do not have a back up battery for when the power goes out. In fact 2/3 of the panels been out for 2 *********** cannot get anybody from fluent to send a technician out to fix them. We call daily, put on hold for hours at a time. Rep ***** saying somebody will call us back & they never do. We call back over and over again & go through the same cycle. Their salesman came out, tried to get me to sign a contract. Denied it was a contract, just some paperwork. It is a contract. There was a three day cancellation period. So I was being pressured to sign a contract BEFORE going through the site inspection to see if adding the 52 recommended panels was even possible. The salesman never looked at my roof or checked the back yard for trees that would block sunlight. I would rate this a zero if possible. Not only did the original sales person not show up, when the regional manager showed up to sell us on the system, we were misled. They promised to almost completely eliminate our power ****. After running some calculations, we figured out that there was no way that it was even going to come close to eliminating our power ****. Biggest scheisters in the industry, you pay all this money for them to "pay" an engineer to evaluate your system and you end up with 2/3 of the promised output

Ive had my solar panels on my roof now for over 5 months. I have had it fixed 4-5 times. It still is not saving any money at all and I still cant get Fluent Solar to get my solar panel to report to the electric company. The Representatives that you speak to give the same message every time. Everything is work good now. Not! Six months into my solar experience with this company and Im left with the feeling that this is just an elaborate scam. Company is an absolute disaster. It's been almost 3 months and my system just got turned on, and then didn't work. They can't get a tree service to come out and remove trees that were part of their deal because they don't pay their bills, and the tree companies won't work for them. They promise a project coordinator so there won't be any problems, but that person named Kalena didn't do a thing, and wouldn't answer calls or text. Im in the midst of dealing with this company now, great salesman and the rest of the experience has been a disaster. I was promised an electrician would be doing the work.... nope and then i asked for an electrician to fix there teriible job.... nope they wont even send anyone out or call, someone will text me. They keep asking for an inspection. The installer put 20 screws in my roof because he used the wrong materials. My local inspector told me this is normal for this company. Very poor company. Their only concern is getting you to buy their solar panel system. They installed their system in correctly, got called out on an inspection and denied it. Then they refuse to call back in order to remove the system. They are an awful company! If you're looking for a solar panel system, DO NOT USE FLUENT SOLAR!! You will be sorry! I wish i could leave zero stars.
