I definitely should have not gone with this company. ***** did have an issue about all our questions during our initial meeting. He was bothered by any transferring questions in thw event that we had to sell under emergency circumstances. We moved passed that. We discussed a $5,000-8000 credit from the *** and aplying that into our loan, well fast forward our payment just went up, we never received the credit from the *** as said. If I could, I would give a zero star review. I had my solar panels installed in July 2021. From the three month initial wait due to having to send the same paperwork multiple times to the install, where debris was left all over the lawn and ruined my mower, a leak in my roof where they installed one of the panels, and a failed inspection. I had a tech come and put in a grounding wire over three months ago, and have had multiple scheduled inspections where no one showed up to do the inspection. I signed up for fluent solar back in June of 2021. Now January 27th of 2022 and still I don't have a working system. Also had issues with every part that was installed. Every subcontracter that came to the house did not do there job correctly. Right now the panel configuration they installed is all wrong and snow is piling up on the gutters and falling over onto the front door stoop. Do not go this way. Sales reps make claims about service and set up, then do not follow up. Thermostats dont control temperature in the house (sitting at 62 while set for 68). Tried four times to get it corrected over the phone. Obviously, no luck. Throwing out the thermostat and replacing with one from Lowes. You get what youd expect from a farm town in ****
Seemed great at first but after a year of their service I was not net zero as promised (by the sales rep who for some reason no longer works there). Even after showing them my system does not produce what I was using before having solar. (Based on a year prior to solar vs after solar power bills) I have gotten no where with them the past three months (after a year of running system) They have put me in contact with many up and down their chain of command and nothing. Terrible experience with this company. Four months out and not only we dont have service yet, but have to start paying the loan and inspection hasnt even been completed. If I were to do it all over again so would not choose fluent solar. Stay away. Very poor service and once you sign the contract you never hear back from them
my solar panels were installed on august 19 it is now december 7th and they are still not working i have been calling them once a week for the past two months nothing is being resolved and no one ever calls me back like they say they *************** very upset this juorney has not been easy
I signed my contract on 6/21/2021. I also referred my neighbor. They kept me updated on permit status up to panel installment and permission to operate. My contract included a generac standby generator. After panel installation, all communication was little to none on generator installation and hookup. I had a salesman come to my door wanting to speak with me about purchasing their solar panels. I told him if I was going to do it, I would like to have it completely do away with my electric ****.
