Wouldn't use them. Was promised that my system was going to save me so much money a month but it hasn't saved me anything. Now I'm stuck paying for something that's going to take forever to pay off and hasn't helped me out at all

Read the fine print. Sales told us many things that were out of context. **************** is laughable and required daily follow up so things would get done. Our panels were not installed properly and needed rewiring. Top price for a terrible experience. At lease the panels look nice. I only hope they produce as promised.

Terrible experience. Took 4 1/2 months to finally get the system working properly. Had trouble getting questions answered until I finally got to talk to ***************************** and Kenyerling ******. The salesman ghosted me after a while. I DO NOT recommend this company.

********, ** manager @GarrettKing is a fool for letting me go due to a few negative comments in a group chat, while not even attempting to resolve issues I may have been dealing with. Do not trust this FluentSolar outfit!!!They are not there for "YOU," WETHER EMPLOYEE OR HOMEOWNER.
They led me to believe that they were working with Entergy Arkansas on solar panel installs.Entergy Arkansas said that is no true.

Disclaimer: Do Not work with this company. This was the worst financial decision of my life. The initial sales visit went very well. **** was knowledgable and answered all my questions.However, once my contract was signed everything went downhill. The 1st issue was the install. They canceled on me without contacting me twice. I would contact them the day before and everything would be on track. A sales rep name ***** came over for a presentation of solar. I was not familiar with how it worked. I decided it would be a good idea so I move fw with the rep who assured me it would just be a soft pull on my credit which of course it was a lie. It was a hp. Also said I had 3 days to cancel after I signed up. Here I am on day 3 trying to get a hold of them to cancel this contract. The rep never answered any of my messages asking to help to cancel. Worst company ever! Solar panels were installed in June 2021 and as of March 2022 they are still not up and running. Weekly phone calls to customer service where they state they will call you back and NEVER have. I am now retaining an attorney since nothing is being done through the company. STAY AWAY From FLUENT SOLAR!!!
I had my panels installed January 2nd I am still waiting for an inspection, apparently they filed the wrong paperwork and they are trying to resolve it. I have been sitting here now or three months with no solar panels working. I WOULD STAY AWAY do not believe them. I have been waiting for a call back all morning and they keep telling me he will call but he doesn't. I have my first payment due tomorrow so now I'm paying for non-functional solar as well as electric. I am now hiring a lawyer to *** for damages.STAY AWAY
