I would rate them MUCH lower if possible. Not only did they install my unit improperly. . But they did not turn it on for 6 months. Also I made it aware that I would be needing to replace the shingles on my roof the following year . Therfore I had asked what the charge for that was , the salesman promised me that it would be $80 per panel (1480=1120). However now they are telling me that I must pay $4,200. I feel like I was scammed my salesman told me "when I install these solar panels you will not be dependent on the grid, the government will give you a check for X amount next time you file taxes to cover a percentage of the panels you can use that money for whatever but if you dont use it on the panels your **** will go up to $200month, you will not have to worry about power outages because you are no longer connected to the grid, you will not have any bills, etc" $38k later come to find out all that was a lie when I called ... read more

The sales guy will promise you all kinds of incentives and features.Production and consumption monitoring ** electric **** or Solar payment for a full year. But these are just sales gimmicks. This company over promises and under delivers. Took almost 4 months from installations to activation. Guess when you no solar payment starts? You got that right at installation, not activation.Also, our system does not monitor consumption like we were told it would. Two times in the past two weeks salespeople from Fluent have knocked on my door claiming to be with ********************* On the first occasion the rep was wearing a yellow work vest and when I started asking to see his credentials he said, I guess Ill have to go tell my boss we need to turn your power off. When I told him Ill be waiting outside when you return with a police officer that got his attention and he walked as fast as he could off my block. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH FLUENT SOLAR!!!!!I am currently taking legal action against them for causing tens-of-thousands of dollars to my house.From the first day of installation December 2021, my roof has had severe leaking, literally raining inside my house with snow melt. They have come back maybe 4 times over the course of several months to completely uninstall and reinstall the system, each time failing to install it correctly causing even more damage to my roof and continued water damage to my house. Very poor customer service, communication accept for the sales person is basically nonexistent. Panels are up but keep getting the same old song and dance about why they are not hooked up and ready to go!.Same with my daughter, installed but not functional. Its like buying a car, yep you got the car it looks good from the outside but, there is no engine so basicalyl its worthless, it just sits there. Summer is here, energy prices are through the rough and I and my daughter are still waiting..Frustrated with the whole process... read more

Just went on-line 06/08/2022 but the process in total was near 10 months. This time frame included sign up, draft and submission of plans to the electric provider, re-submission a number of times, installation in March of 2022, inspector for the company quitting thus waiting near two months to get that going, electric provider needing more changes(almost as if they didn't want us to have solar panels), and then finally on 06/03/2022 we get a project manager to aid in the final inspection and he waits an entire day for the ci... read more

This has been the worst company to work with! I understand with the whole covid mess, items have been hard to get. Weve been very understanding. We were scheduled to get our panels last May. We were told ALL of Fluents systems came with batteries. They would call us every few months and reschedule our install day. They finally put it in back in March. Once I signed my contract contact from fluent was minimal. Workers showed up at random times, they installed the panels wrong so I failed my inspection and at no point did fluent contact me to discuss. A guy just showed up randomly a few days later to move the panels.
