great prices great customer service
The reservation process was easy, got great rates and the in-person staff was friendly. The car was also nice and clean. The wait for the shuttle wasn't so long, about 10 mins. I did run into some trouble trying to change my pickup times due to the airline delaying my flight but overall experience was good. The is for the Fox Rental by LAX airport.

Easy pick up...even at midnight. Drop off was also easy. My ONLY complaint is that I am an above knee amputee and was NOT able to wear my leg due to a surgery I just had. Your worker asked me three times to get out...the third time was not nice either!! I answered her ALL three times stating I only have 1 leg right now and to please wait for my wheelchair. When she got loud with me I snapped at her!! She was VERY VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!!! She started acting like a child at that point saying she never told me... read more
