Outrageous hidden admin fees. We received a $55 parking ticket. Fox charged us $130. Will not use again. Poor customer service when called I was on hold twice for over 45 minutes and their call me back feature did not work. I never got a call back.

We rented a car for 7 days and returned it with no issues and a full tank of gas. They charged us $152 for gas and second driver who didnt exist. Two weeks after vacation we got a bill for $983 for damages from incident. We had no damages, car was returned in perfect condition. No one reviewed car before or after with us and now they claim we recked or damaged it. Contacted my car insurance *** credit card *** and going to report to ******* ************************ SCAM

I would give this company not even 1 star, they are rude as ****, they show deals online but when you go to the counter they charge you extra. Rude customer service, the guy just hushed me out, i was there standing with 2 kids and they didn't care. They said pay extra or leave, no one cares. I verbally declined rental liability insurance but the sales associate added anyway. I always get my own insurance (that I pay for) through **************** and I told the representative this. They added it anyway, without my knowledge. I've tried to reach customer service and explained the situation and that was useless. It took days to receive a response that they blatantly ignored and I tried again and they've ignored me again. I can't find a telephone number to reach anybody. Even though I paid more for a midsized and it held more luggage. The blonde clerks only response well you came here to save money. Could go up to next size for $80 This was a total bait and switch scam. It should be illegal. ****** need to quit using them. driving was so dangerous as seats had to be put as far up as possible to fit everything.
