If I could, I will score you negative. This is unbelievable, how can you send me a bill for ******. $11.89 actual toll charge and $90.00 administrative charge. Have never seen such level of consumer exploitation. These needs to go viral.

I reserved a car in advance through the Fox website, using pay now in full, the order total was $******. In the end, I was charged ******, even though I did not agree to any additional options. I returned the car in fine condition, on time, with a full tank. I chose the pay now option since that appeared to be a better deal, and I like to know the costs in advance and budget my trips accordingly. I was given an order total of ******. All customers do sign electronically but a printed summary of charges is also presented at the rental counter to sign to agree to any additional charges. If I could give them zero stars I would! Lied about toll charges and gas, seems like from other reviews this is standard practice for them. Told them I had one toll to go through so they added all inclusive toll pass for $64.95, what a deal that was, NOT! They said no need to fill the tank if above half, then they charge me $42.00, even their fee and taxes were $17.00 higher than quoted. Guest representatives, handing out the cars are very rude and no communication skills. My car was infested with roaches and the companies blaming me for it. Pick up location and drop off location both point the finger and say we dont know its not our fault cold ***************** and not one person cares at all. Spoke to anyone that I could, and not one person cares.. company wont even offer a refund for their crappy infested cars. Because of this by far worst trip ever. Zero stars if I could. Take this as a ****** from me.

The worst car rental place ever! They take advantage of you with language barrier! I was forced to pay for stuff not needed! They said sign or no rental! ****** extra on top of the rental payment I made to Priceline. Im all alone there and they were rude and yelled and said Im stupid. Disgusting and rude staff and manager.

Previously, last year, I had a Fox rental break down. The vehicle had almost ******* miles on it. Spent half a day at the garage for repairs.Recently, I tried to make a reservation for ****** The website said it would only take major credit cards at this time. **** of America is a major credit card! I tried and failed to make a pre payment for my trip. 5 days later, I was billed for that reservation, but never received a confirmation of payment. I didn't think it went through! Rented in *************! Took forever to get checked out and clerk blatantly lied about toll charges and gas. Sold ** $12.99 a day to "save" on tolls, a blatant lie. Said leave empty, their gas was cheaper, then charged $8.95 a gallon on funal invoice!! Liars and cheats!!

This must be signed for at the time of pick up in order to be charged. For fuel, in order to take advantage of the prepaid fuel rate, this must also be added at pick up. The agent at check in lied to me about the charges. She told me the road toll coverage would be "$24 for the entire rental" and instead it was $39. The rental reservation which was made online in advance was for 2 days and 2 hours. The agent never told me that I was going to be charged for 3 days for everything because of the extra 2 hours. She quoted me a 2 day rate for everything. So a $117 quoted rental ended up costing $393. The air conditioning in the car did not work. The breaks were jumpy. This is truly the worst rental car company that I have ever dealt with. I had booked a car with FOX and took the airport shuttle to their ****** location. I showed up with my email confirmation number and the agent rudely told me that they had no cars for me to rent. I had to take a shuttle ******************* and rent a car with another company.
