Get directionsI have no idea how Fox rental cars are even in business anymore with all the scathing reviews! They are indeed the worst. I was to travel to ** from ** a few days ago. I received a severe weather alert saying that the ******************** airports were experiencing ****************** I cancelled my trip but Fox wouldnt allow me to rebook!!! BEWARE! There are many many other reliable choices.

The counter person at *************** got me! I asked that the tolls be charged to our credit card on file. Every time our rental went thru a toll, our plate would be tolled and the toll amount charged. Sound good yah? The total amount of tolls across our 4 day trip was $12.18. However when we received the bill it came to $102.18-Fox charged us $90 in admin fees!!! A ripoff!!! Trying to dispute this but *** does NOT answer the phone!

********* location is horrible! Person behind counter was rude arrogant and did nothing to help but tried to upsell . Made us wait three hours to the exact time of the rental and even walked over an hour before to try to upsell and tell us we need to wait till the exact time. Even said if we dont have the car you paid for youre going to have to pay the taxes for the unwanted upgrade! Its like dealing with loan sharks! Avoid them at all costs. Pay more for a better customer friendly company

Got a quote online for a car, was charged a daily upgrade fee for 51 dollars a day for 6 days. The staff at the counter did not mention this.

Rented a Jeep from their ******* CA airport offsite location from 3/21 through 3/28. While picking up the Jeep the Fox representative did the standard up-sale for insurance/gas/toll road options and we optioned to pre-pay for gas and told the rep we had a toll road account and that we would place the vehicle on our account as we knew we would be using the toll roads for an early appointment. Recently rented from this company and was tricked into paying an additional $430 for insurance? I was given three options at the front desk and the man working said that the best option was a $50. I agreed to the $50 option and then a $400 + bill popped up which I showed hesitancy to sign. The man told me that this was a deposit and that I would be refunded some of my deposit. We rented a car for 12:30 AM out of **************. The booking went through Expedia. It stated that they were open. Got to the airport no shuttle at 12:30.am. Made several calls, said it closed at 11 PM. No shuttle showed up we waited till 1:15am along with another couple who also had a reservation through Fox. g Worse rental car company in the **, used many different companies never had a problem, they lie to you in order to make you purchase insurance. When you arrive to pick up the car they make it almost imposible to take the car without paying for insurance 6 days to here back from a manager after several phone calls. Some of their vehicles are old and not well mantained, never renting a car with Drivo,Ace,Fox they are the same company.
