Get directionsI prepaid for gas and returned the car half full. They charged me a little over $80 for the gas and didnt credit me for the gas in the tank. $20 of the $80 were supposed taxes on the gas. Theyre ripping people off!

*** car was in poor condition. Alignment was off. Is had over ****** miles. *** windshield was cracked and the car had multiple dents and scratches. *** car was also filthy with bugs covering the front of the car. *** employee stated the car wash was down. I called to escalate my concerns and never received a call from the supervisor.

Is there a O stars? RUN, don't walk, from this company!! First of all, terrible customer service.Secondly, I got a car that I honestly wasn't sure was going to carry me to my destination. Car engine was making terrible sounds when I pressed on accelerator. The rental office was an hour from where I was staying and didn't want to take a day out of my vacation to exchange car. This is a bad place to rent a car they took my deposit and never returned it. I went to the Airport in ******* ******* to pickup my vehicle and they told me I had to pay ****** deposit. I didnt rent the car and I never received my deposit, so where is my money. **************** said 10 days but its been 20 plus. I want my money ASAP!!!!!

Bait and switch in ***. Was told reserved ******* ***** Fe was only front wheel drive which is no good to access canyons for skiing. Had to upgrade for more money for a 4WD. Plus they don't drop you off at departures,you have walk from far end of parking lot. Thought I'd save some money off site, would've been better off on site. Never again

I arrived at the Fox counter 10 minutes early. First they told me i was late. Which ibwas not. Then they told me I canceled my reservation and were very rude to me. I showed them my reservation on my phone and they kept telling me I canceled it and they had no cars. Will never use them again nor will anyone I know.

FOX Rental Car (*******)1) Remote KeyFob didn't work - Had to use my valuable vacation time to ********** Zone to purchase a new battery and install it.2) No windshield wiper fluid - Had to use my valuable vacation time to ********** Zone and purchase washer fluid. I also had to fill the washer fluid reservoir.3) Proximity detection alert did not work - When I made the reservation I asked for a smaller SUV.
