We passed 3 times a $2.00 tolla, for a total of $6.00, and they sent a bill home with a charge of $6.00 plus $45.00! in "administrative fee". Grand total of $51.00 for 6 dollars trip. Scam. Stay away!.

I travel for work and rent often usually thru Budget or Enterprise. I decided to try Fox due to the lower price. But you always get what you pay for. Horrible company. I prepaid for the car online and then they kept my security deposit for extra charges added on later that weren't brought up initially. I tried calling asking if they could fix it and they said no and weren't willing to give me a credit to the account or something to fix the issue either.

I set up a reservation in advance. Waited in line for an hour and 15 minutes only to find out that the credit card must belong to the person whom the reservation is under AND THEY HAVE NO WAY OF CHANGING THE NAME OR THE ******* So they told me to cancel the reservation online and i would not be charged. Well guess what??? I was charged!!! They refunded me after i caught it and spent even more time calling and asking them to do it!! Crooks!!

Worst experience ever. Returned the car one week early after pre-paying on Expedia. Instead of receiving a refund for the unused days, I was billed an additional $119.49. Although I was able to get that charge cancelled, I never received a refund for the unused days. ***** explanation: customers are charged additional fees for returning a rental early. Would not recommend this rental company to anyone. **************** was terrible. I ordered the car online when I get there. They tell me Im gonna get a crappy card if I want to upgrade it, it was gonna be X amount of dollars so there was their first scam. Their second scam is they dont tell you about the toll booths where youre unable to put cash when you drive through them and then they charge you $30 administration fee when they send you the bill of $2.16. I have one word, DON'T!! There is nowhere in the sales promo (from Priceline) or even on the sales receipt that says there is no refund even if you cancel way ahead of time. (In fact, on the receipt, it says, "free cancelation" but it turns out you have to really read because it pertains to the car insurance not the reservation.Fox billed my credit card the total amount and only when I clicked the "cancel reservation" button over a week in advance, did the word "nonrefundable" pop up. I rented from the ******* location of Fox. Beware. I am SURE their employees are trained to add things deceptively, whilst they lie to your face and when you drop off the car, it is too late because they have your signature. A classic BAIT and SWITCH operation. Trust all these reviews. I was very leery when I rented because of them. I wish I had trusted them.

This company scams people out of money, do not use them! I was told that my credit card would only be used as a deposit in case there was damage done to the vehicle we rented and it wouldn't be charged otherwise. LIE! I was charged $123.60 above what I was charged when I rented the vehicle and they refuse to refund the money that my credit card was charged! They are in the business of ripping off people!! Don't rent a car from them! They aren't even licensed with the Better Business Bureau!
