Get directionsI rented last week from Fox Rental ***** location. Car was not cleaned and very dirty while pick up and some kind stickers and on driver side window. I Paid for Loss Damage Waiver also. But they charged me $267.50 extra. I called billing department they are not helpful. I would not recommend using Fox at all.

they are not worse 1 star, they are scammer. Rented a car from Fox rental at ******************** on 12/29/23 and returned the car on 01/02/2024. I have received toll billing for amount of $101.40 on 01/22/2024. Billing the toll charge detail is 101/*********** NB#2; ********** Expwy SB#2; SR 237 N. First EB; SR 237 ************* **; We never drove to these route because we traveled to south ************ direction instead of north. They are totally scammers and should suspend the business license ASAP.

I rented from Fox and found the Kia ***** given to me was broken into the next morning and they attempted to steal it. I contacted *** for a swap out and was told by their rep that she wished they would stop renting them until the TikTok craze settled down because theyve had to tow them every time in *******. Apparently theres a video in how to steal one in 20 seconds. I had no idea and would have refused to take the vehicle had I known. ******* advised me to request a refund which I did without response. Do not rent from here. I used *********** to book this and very disappointed that *********** would parter with a company as bad at they are. 1) I prepaid for the rental and it was about $79. Great! We show up at the airport and went to the shuttle pickup area. We and about 25 others waited about 24 minutes for a shuttle bus, while waiting for the shuttle in 21 degree weather, the shuttle eventually showed up and could only fit about 15 people on the van. We rented a car in ***** ******* airport. We were never told there was a service fee for the tolls. We had 4 toll charges totaling $3.76 and we were also charged and additional $15.00 each toll totaling $60.00. We called and they told us it was written in the contact but, we did not see it and it should be mention before hand. After being forced to buy insurance by the person at the counter (even after I had said I was using my credit card and she acknowledged that), I got home and went onto their website to chat. ******* confirmed that no insurance was required. They don't explain everything on the counter. They charged in advance for the full tank fuel If you return the car with fuel in it. You don't get refund .I called billing department they say this is the way they do it.

The most unethical rental company ever. I reserved a car saying I don't want any of the "add-ons". My wife picked it up and they intimidated her into signing for fuel and insurance. When we returned the car, they charged for a full tank of gas when we returned it 3/4 full. When asked about it, the agent said it would be credited to our card. Nope! Never.
