Declaration page not reviewed with me. Not made aware of Costco membership advantage. No communication during or after loan closing to conclude business.

EVERY step of the process was difficult. I should’ve trusted my gut and went with another lender at the first sign of trouble. It started when our loan went through 8 different people and our documents had to be sent to multiple people, multiple times. And, they all blamed it on each other when I asked why they needed that document again. Then, our loan took 4 MONTHS to close. I even gave them an opportunity to make things right and cover all or some of our closing costs and never got a reply.

Limited communication through the process. Weeks went by with no follow up. Closing was moved twice due to missing documents. Service did not meet expectations.

Frank’s support staff was great, however after getting us on board we did not hear anything further from frank himself. We repeatedly directed questions to him that were ignored. It was very frustrating.

I got emails & calls before locking Interest rate, after that there is no followup on case status and update. Some of the docs/info I gave were not shared to the loan processor. I felt lost and was searching someone to help me out. His assistant was the best, he doesn't attend call, doesn't respond to Voice message or email. There were many times I decided to cancel the loan and started processing application with other bank, if not for loan processor. She helped me going to finish line.

Yes I am a little upset that we were under the assumption that we were with Mutual of Omaha not PHH. We were only able to pay Mutual one mortgage payment before they sold it to a terrible loan company. This is why we refinanced before. I wil not direct my friends to you.

I would have appreciated an EMAIL that they transferred my loan to another servicer. I had already mailed the payment check to the original servicer when I received the paper notice of the change in the mail....The notice is dated July 23rd, I received it on July 25th and the payment was due August 1st.
