Horrible business. Freshly started with this company less than 2 months ago and I’ve received 2 bills. First bill for 100$ For 20 days(This is with a 100$ discount). Second one for 350$. My house is empty and I don’t have any luxury in my house. Just stove microwave and fridge. This is ridiculous. Their competition offers way cheaper rates with or without the discount deal. They charged me over $200 in fees one month I had a bill of $500+ which I paid, said they were going to cred it back to my account never happened. I call them and they have NO record of me every calling in and then they asked me who did I speak to. I asked for a supervisor the call tried to transfer but they hung up. No call back. Now few days later I have a current bill for $300+ for my usage with NO CREDITS. I'm fed up with Frontier and I will never go back to them and I ADVIS YOU NOT TO GO WITH THEM EITHER!

The worse customer service, they canceled our power a day early from scheduled day, we have small children here. Called them to see why they decided to cancel early and if they could turn it back on. Told me no there was nothing they could do it was already processed. Very disappointed in this service.

Terrible company. I signed-up for a low rate for a 3 month period. At the end of the 3 months, Frontier increased my rate from 4.27 cents/kWh to 12.6 cents. The contract I had with Frontier states the following: "You will receive two (2) separate written notifications prior to the expiration of your Contract term.....". I NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the response from Frontier is to deny my claim because they say they sent the notices. I repeat what the contract say... read more

Make sure you call to cancel your contract when it expires because I was not aware nor notified properly and it went month to month after the contract had expired and I was charged when I was not occupying the space.

The first year was fine. I renewed on an average billing Oct 2019 I have called 5 times to find out why average billing has not been set on my account. They review my account acknowledge their error and tell me they will have someone get back to me and to date NO ONE has gotten back to me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. When my contract is up I will shop other companies.

Horrible service! I HAD TO SPEND TIME EXPLAINING THAT I HAD ALREADY MADE TWO PAYMENTS, ONE IN A STORE AND THE OTHER ONE FROM A DEBIT ACCOUNT. THYE START CHARGING YOU LESS THAN 200 DOLLARS ONCE YOU HAVE TIME WITH FRONTIER THEY CHARGE YOU 3 TIMES MORE! THEY DO MAGIC WITH THE MONEY! I AM PAYING 400 DOLLARS PER MONTH FOR TWO PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE! THEY NEVER FIND YOUR PAYMENTS SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU EXTRA FEES....AND ON TOP OF THAT YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH THEM AND DO THEIR JOB! I DO NOT RECOMMEND FRONTIER....

I have had constant issues with both phone and internet, Spotty connectivity and slow response. I wish I had another choice.
