Doesn't show child device location (says last check in was in December; it's February and she uses the device daily, rebooting her phone doesn't help). Still can't install the parent app for gabb messenger, which was promised almost a year ago now.
Love the concept of being able to track and communicate with my kid while they are roaming the neighborhood with friends, but I'm on my 2nd full factory reset in as many months. I have to reload the app and do a complete new setup process again. I cannot recommend this app/watch based on this kind of reliability.

Used to be a great company. Rate limited my daughter's phone and now she can't make a phone call to her parents for 11 days. Terrible experience.

Won't connect to child's device I kid you not, we probably have tried connecting over 20 times! I'm not the account holder, my husband is, so maybe that's the issue. I've updated the app and still it can't do it. It just restarts the whole process again. My other child has the t mobile sync up watch and even though I'm not the account holder for t mobile I'm able to get in and see where he is and turn on school mode. Save yourself the money & frustration and get a sync up watch from t mobile.

Bought the Gabb Watch 2 for our daughter. It was a decent device and service for the first year. In the past few months, after three original manufacturer warranty used up, it's been nothing but non-stop charging issues. We've cleaned with rubbing alcohol and done all the things their site recommends. Most disappointing thing is that we're still under contract for another 9 months with a useless watch.

I am on watch number 2 since December 22nd. The first one sound stopped working. The second watch took me hours with IT to get them to send one. Now, this one will not connect at all with the app. I spent hours with IT, and I am still with a useless app and watch. They have a self service mind set of here is a video, you fix it. Not that easy, and the videos are not helpful. At one point, I had to put my browser in private mode just to it to work with the site. Not happy
