Gsp tracker stopped working! Worst customer service in the world. No way to contact a live person. emails still not returned after weeks, says they have live chat but it is never available. I love that the phone has no internet capability, but being able to track location is a crucial part of why we got this. Just like many other parent reviews, tracking worked for about a week, then stopped, no matter what we do. Absolutely no way to get help from customer service. So frustrating!

Tracker has stopped working. This is incredibly frustrating. The whole point of the watch and app is to be able to track and keep my son safe.

I have loved gabb so much for the last couple years but as of late it just says my daughter's watch is offline when it is fully charged and we've never had this issue before at our house. I have reached out to support twice now with no response! Super annoyed 😒

This app doesn't work GPS never works.

We would suggest unpairing and repairing the Gabb watch to the Gabb app and that should help with resetting the GPS feature. Location tracking is awful. Rarely updates if at all. Reviews show this is a common problem but every response from Gabb to those reviews says its uncommon. Clearly not true. Own it and fix it.

I was really happy with everything about the phone and service until the GPS just stopped ever working. Can be right next to eachother and shows phone last location from weeks ago. Was one of main purpose of getting this phone n service.

The background screens are too babyish. The Gabb Go feature doesn't allow the ability to set recurring chores. Chores must be manually entered every day. There is no ability to have the watch send a reminder tone for said chores. The tracking feature is unreliable. It would tell me that my kids left the house at 2am. Gabb changed the feature to only track the watches between 7am and 9pm. Now, it loses connection with the Watches completely.
