Hardware is great. Tracking software very slow. Other products from carrier directly had better software but hardware was subpar.
Not great. The latest version of this app is not available on Android, the IOS version is better (we use it through my husband's iphone). I get errors trying to add contact photos, I don't always get alerts when the device enter or leave safe zones, I have to close and reopen the app to locate the device.
The locate device part of the app never works for us unless it's at home. My daughter has gotten lost a couple times and when I try to find her using the app, it just spins. She ends up having to read off street signs until I recognize one...
I am not able to upload photos to contacts. It says there is some sort of error
Gps doesn't work right ...
I was impressed for about two weeks. Now the GPS doesn't work and the battery on the watch dies in an hour. I got notifications ALL NIGHT LONG that it had left home and came back all while it was on the charger. Not amused.
Location is worst than terrible! Trying to locate my daughter's phone and it gives me yesterday's location. Isn't this device supposed to help us ensure our children are safe? Location should be real time!
Location doesn't update most of the time. Just spins and spins.
I like a lot about the app, but the GPS doesn't work. It is rarely accurate, and it is very frustrating.
