I have reached support and they have placed a $15 credit on my account ; however, I paid a $50 activation fee plus will be paying $18 per month for service. I am fine with paying this; however, I find it odd that they are fine with continuing to charge service fees for KNOWN issues in the app that prevents us from using half of the app's features and some of the watch features that were advertised as benefits to owning this watch.

This has got to be the most unintuitive, unhelpful, frustrating user experience I've ever had. We bought these watches because of the good marketing, but clearly they didn't hire competent engineers. Nothing works. The watches don't work, the website doesn't work, the support doesn't work, the buttons for the support on the website don't work. It's maddening! I'm literally trying to give them my money and I can't because I can't get the damn website to work or tell me what I'm doing wrong!

It's been over week and I can't link to my daughter location with the gabb pro.3 I paid for an upgraded phone but location doesn't link Spoke with tech support ex and the only response is.... They will email me when it's fixed

The fact you guys removed live tracking and now I can almost never get the watches to update location is the sole reason for 1 star and we will be switching to apple watches.

This watch and app and both hot garbage. I've been trying to connect the Watch 3 for 5 hours and I've gotten nowhere. Can't remember the last time I've been this frustrated.
