Spotty service. Doesn't update the location most days (even outside) or work at all in her school.

Buyer beware - This device has been nothing but a headache to initialize. I'm very close to just giving it up and disputing any charges with Visa for services not delivered as advertised. It took 3 hours to initialize upon arrival, including many conversations with support. We're still not receiving calls and texts from some numbers on the approved list (outgoing works fine). Supports' "did you try resetting it?" help is underwhelming. So far, this is a piece of garbage device and service.

Worst company I've dealt with!! Ordered & paid for a yr subscription & when I received my watch it wouldn't connect to the app. When I chatted with them I was told it was a known issue and that developers were working on it with know expected completion date!!!! So the watch is useless and they signed me up Knowing it was useless! Cancelled my acct & was told they wont refund the activation fee & to dispute it if I wanted!! UPDATE: Yes you only screwed me out of $15, strong work GABB!!

Had the gabb watch 2 no real issues. Upgraded to the 3 and have had issues with having to reset the device. Now getting unable to connect after removing device from app and trying to reconnect it. Contacting for gabb is also very slow.

We have the GABB 3 watches, and they are constantly disconnecting from wifi and glitching. The GPS is delayed by 15-60mins and overall, I am not satisfied with the quality of this product. Especially since it is a monthly charge and 2yr contract. It is also not easy to contact support when you need it.

Good signal to call and text, but GPS tracking fails all the time! I just got it for my daughter and I can't track her because it's always going around and around and it fails. FIX IT, PLEASE!

Absolute garbage. Gabb watch 2 was ok, but 3 hasn't worked hardly at all. GPS works maybe 5% of the time, which was the sole reason we got this watch and upgraded when 3 csme out. Messaging stopped working for months until this latest update. Support via app doesn't work. And watch likes to turn itself off randomly despite plenty of battery life. Useless for keeping in touch with and tracking your kids.

Absolutely terrible setup with a new watch 3. Our existing watch worked great but this thing has been a nightmare to just activate and pair.

Glitchy, inconsistent and not trustworthy After hours of trying to set two watches up and seeing how poorly their website is built, I will definitely return all the hardware and advise everyone to stay away.
