Currently a 3.3 rating and I don't understand how it's that high. I can't get anyone to help me via chat, email, or phone. Their customer service is a joke. Our watch worked for one week and has been garbage since.

GPS never connects. Phones are updated and have latest version of app.

Canceling service. Unable to reach customer service for 2 weeks now. Got charged for 3 months price in one month and 2x activation fee. Unable to download any apps as approved by parent. Your child willnot carry this phone around as it doesn't have any games or apps they like. I be getting my old android phone activated and giving it to my child as google let's me control whatever apps I approve.

Upgraded my child's watch to the Gabb 3, it will not sync with the app, it shows incorrect location and battery level. Waste of money.

App takes so long to update me of my child's whereabouts and location. Never mind if there's not a lot of signal. I constantly get error messages.

App is very slow, buggy. Constantly get error messages saying it can't read Gabb ID. GPS is unreliable, and often 30 minutes or more delayed, sometimes can't even manually refresh GPS. Inability to give a second parent admin rights is serious flaw. No way to review messages received by child in this app.

App is slow and glitchy. Tracking functionality is slow and unreliable. The support function doesn't work. It doesn't allow you to submit an actual support request.

The GPS NEVER tracks. It always tells me it can not locate my child, and with her being nonverbal, I bought this device specifically for the GPS. I'm severely disappointed and will be looking for a device that actually does what it says it's supposed to do. I suggest other parents who want "peace of mind" to look elsewhere. (I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but this is a very serious concern)

Mygabb app is MISSING GabbGo to assign tasks! Contacted support multiple times and nothing. Just a canned message that they are overloaded. HEY APP DEVS, FIX THIS! My wife is a guardian contact and cannot access GabbGo EDIT: dev responded that this is broken by DESIGN! wth, my ex needs the same features as me, this is prejudiced against split families

Hi Josh! We apologize about this. Guardian do not have access to GabbGo and only have access to the GPS. All other settings can only be controlled by the Primary contact. This is how it works for the app in general. We are sorry for the confusion!
