Wow the locate function is awful. I'm holding my daughter's phone in my hand and the app says it is 10 miles away. If all I wanted to know was the general region where my child was I'm sure that would be fine but a 10 mile radius isn't particularly helpful.

The phone itself is wonderful and I am glad we got it vs a full "smart" phone. But the GPS feature simply does not work currently, which is why I give this APP only 2 stars. PLEASE fix this. Again, I LOVE THE PHONE.

The GPS functionality doesn't work well. I get a notification that my child has left the house when she's still there. Real time tracking doesn't work. Also no ability to create recurring tasks and you can only assign 3 at a time. The lock mode is weird, to get the phone locked all night I had to set two lock times one for bedtime to midnight and another for 12:01 am to wake time. It can't bridge the midnight gap. I guess your get what you pay for.

Trying to locate a child just to find out they (gabb) hasn't had a recent location in over 6 months... and can't update a location.

Tracker inadequate. I'll probably should have researched more. It does provide no access to apps etc but the tracking feature could be much more robust. There is no option to set up favorite places such as home, school and so on, as far as I can tell. Nor are there alerts when the child is traveling or arrives / departs a location. This is very important and should be considered for a future updates to this app.

Like the Feature of not having Internet access.The GPS is horrible.It's delayed in notify me when my child has entered or left the safety zone,It will say they're in one place when I know therenot,it is glitchy. It has nothing to do with any of the "common causes" the app says might cause the GPS to not work properly.I have checked all of those things over and over to confirm and none of them are the problem,it just doesn't work well.Disappointed, this was an important Feature I was depending on

I concur with other reviews. GPS is the main reason for the purchase but it doesnt work. Never updates location when out in public. Set safe zones but dont get notified when they enters or leave them. But when home, I get a notifaction every 40 minutes on the dot saying theyve left home, entered home, left home, entered home, around the clock... When the watch is on the counter the entire time. Very frustrated.
