GPS never works! Ever since we upgraded to the Gabb 3 watch we've had issues. The phone works & text messages go through but the GPS never works - this is the main reason we bought the Gabb watch for gps. Customer service is helpful but still can't get the GPS to work properly.

App doesn't work- my login and sign in work fine on the web, but the app won't recognize it since the last update.

1/30/24: Locate function worked once during the first week we had the phone, but not since (it's been over two months). Play Sound function has worked twice in that time. I've spent probably 15 hours in chat with Gabb Support getting the runaround and being asked the same questions over and over, being asked to perform the same steps over and over. No change. What a complete piece of garbage. 2/4/24: Sent DM to Gabb Facebook acct as requested.

Freaking watch is pissing me off...I can't get my child's location. I got the new gabb watch 3 for my kid and it won't let me know where my kid is in the location gps...stupid watch...what's the point of having those watch if it won't let you know where your child is. Some safe device for your child...

I really liked them at first until my daughter's phone broke, I wasn't able to contact customer service for over 3 weeks to talk to someone.It kept saying they were busy and call back! Emailed them with no response! By this time I'm paying for my daughter's phone and she can't use it. Finally talked to someone after 40 min. Transferred me and line was busy.Called today have been on call & hold for over 2 hours! So disgusted by their customer service! Terminated contract, still have to pay $100!

My daughters location hasn't been updated in 2 days, so I can guarantee that no peace of mind is being given here. My partner was never able to complete the setup process on his phone so I'm the only functioning guardian. Text and calling function works great, but GPS is garbage. We already had to factory reset my son's watch within weeks of getting it after an update ran and the device wouldn't start up anymore. We've had since December and I'm not loving it so far

I can only check my son's location when he's connected to my wifi. I don't need to locate him at home I need to when he's gone!! The pro 3 doesn't work anywhere as good and the regular phone!
