Bought the new gabb watch 3 and unable to use because their website will not recognize the IMEI when trying to activiate, and no one is available in customer service. I have tried both calling and the chat feature. We used to recommend gabb to friends but now we are looking for other options.

Cannot create the id for child during device setup, cannot add it later, cannot contact support because that form is also broken. If a different parent purchased it than sets it up, it is a total disaster. Not an item intended for monitoring by more than one adult.

App keeps trying to crash. It asks me to close the app or wait. I also can't connect to my kids gabb ID in the app. Even though I can see it's connected.

Needs push notifications for the location feature and I cannot see my kiddos texts from the watch 3 in the app. The whole point is to have visibility. Overall its just ok. It could be way better with a few updates.
