The location services sometimes don't work. The step counter (on both the app AND my children's watches) is faulty. Sometimes a several-hour delay from when my kid texts me to when my phone receives the text. 3e Watch battery life is not great. We've used Gabb for almost 3 years now and there have always been problems with the app AND devices. We might switch services after our contracts are up. That's a long time to have unfixed issues.

Awful, just awful. My wife cancelled this service after the 1 year contract because the product was worthless and never held a charge. Our daughter barely ever could use it, and that's after getting 3 replacements. Their billing barely ever works on their end. Every part of this company is low quality. This company is now reactivating our account and trying to charge us a monthly payment after we received our final bill and confirmation.

Product and service was worthless. I had a 1 year contract, cancelled it after and somehow after receiving the final bill it switched from being a closed acct to being active again and they're trying to charge me $10 a month. This is criminal. if I try to talk to someone, its AI and it knows nothing and can help with nothing. This service has been nothing but a complete disappointment. I will tell every single family I know that they should switch to Bark.

Editing again: Location service down again 4 days straight now, just when I thought it was on a reliable streak. All apps are up-to-date. Logged out and back in. Restarted both phones. Just no location updates for no logical reason. The "Play Sound" is nice when he misplaces his phone in the house. He gets calls and texts, which is all he really needs while away from home! I like the flagged text features and of course the locked browser and apps.

I just got this phone for my child today, but when trying to open the MyGabb App it keeps crashing. I've tried deleting the app from my phone and reinstalled, but its still not working.

App used to work ok, but now it crashes immediately upon opening. I've tried clearing the cache, clearing storage, and reinstalling all to no avail. had my wife confirm on her phone, and she had the same results. both phones are different, and both were working yesterday. It's probably some sort of service wide outage, but the app should indicate that instead of just crashing.
