The latest version of the phone watch and the app have a connection issue. It doesn't update GPS info for a day sometimes even if we turn it off and on and factory reset it. And today it started getting random gps info on the phone watch and keeping sending notifications to my phone app so many times. I had to uninstall my app for that. It used to be a good product, but now it's not worth the money.

Will not refresh location correctly- even when my son is right next to me! Cannot recommend.

The app is simplistic. Not a lot of features but being able to tag safe locations is nice. But there is often a delay of 10 mins or more. Refreshing the location does not get an accurate update either. Now that they launched an update in early January I get no notifications at all. Says her watch is off when I know it is on and she is wearing it. Been down for a week now. Checked my app and phone and all is up to date and notifications are on but locations do not work.

when I want to approve an app after I click on one app it resets and has me login over again very frustrating to do anything on the app

We have been unable to get the device to update the GPS for several days. Looking for another provider that can provide better service.

gps hasn't worked right on her phone in a long time. called tech support and all I get told is to reset this and turn this off. even the directions that the agents are given aren't up to date with the app since things have been removed and added on the app. sounds like a good idea to have one but hating that I have it since gps doesn't work at all now.

update to watch caused problems and app no longer gives tracking location as it says the watch has not been turned on (since the update) emailed support and have not heard any response. we bought this solely for the location feature and now cant even get use out of it. wish we had gone with a different option. Will not recommend.

I've had so many problems with this device and app. it unpairs with the watch a lot, like it is currently since another update so I can't see my child's location. it only updates location every few minutes so it's delayed. I've had to do 2 total factory resets on it and I've had it less than a year. I wish I had never gotten this. my child doesn't like the watch either but I already spent the money on it and it wasn't cheap.
