The GPS takes forever to update. I will get notifications 20 minutes after my child enters or exits a safety zone. Many times, it can't even update the location on the map and will just spin.

because the battery die to quick ever if my child is not use it. It goes from 100% to 36%

Updating my previous review from 1 to 2-stars simply because customer service reached out to me quickly to help resolve the issue. The watch itself is still terrible quality and I've had multiple issues resulting in hours of frustration.

Since December 2024, the Watch has not updated its location. And this watch location problem always occurs. When the issue is resolved I will be happy to change my review.

Not dependable. Location tracking does not work. Customer support button does not work. Sometimes my child says they are unable to call when trying to get a hold of me. Would not reccommend for the purpose of knowing where your child is and being able to get ahold of them. Update: I have sent messages and even filled out surveys. Nothing has been resolved it is only getting worse, and I am looking elsewhere for something dependable.

Absolutely terrible watch. Bought for my daughter in December. In January it stopped working, spent 2.5hrs on the phone with customer service and ultimately decided the watch wasn't fixable and they sent me a new one. Lost everything and had to reset up once the new one arrived. Had for less than a month and now having issues again - text not working, tried to troubleshoot and now it's completely disconnected and won't reconnect. Unusable. Total garbage and hours of frustration.

Really annoying. I've had this for almost 2 years for my son and the GSP won't connect properly. The whole reason we got it was so see where he is while out with friends. He currently has the watch with him. Yet the app is saying he is home... Ugh. Guess I'll cancel and switch

Signed out often from this app which defeats most of the purpose. Only app on my phone that requires constant sign in. All my other parental apps stay logged in.

This phone doesn't do as it purported. The phone is supposed to protect my child, but on purchase, my son was inundated by sales calls and random marketing garbage. We bought the Samsung A10e, the Gabb Phone Plus, outright, attempts to release from network have been ignore, to try to make use of this, now useless phone. I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY ALL TOGETHER.
