I am having a lot of trouble getting the app to work (not displaying contacts, not syncing with watch), plus my partner cannot seem to download the parents app at all. I've refreshed, restarted, etc multiple times. I'm getting really frustrated.

App doesn't work at all. Constantly says unavailable. Calls to support result in "escalated" but no follow-up. Major safety issue for app to go down all the time.

I'm so frustrated with the newest update to the Gabb app. I cannot add my existing devices and customer service has not been helpful. The app recognizes my devices, but says they need set up. Because they have already been set up (previous to the app update), the devices will not display the necessary info for the app to connect (the QR code on the phones, the Bluetooth pairing code on the watches). I have reset, restarted, deleted, downloaded, forgotten, paired ... I need these devices to work!

Wish it worked better (watch). GPS is rarely accurate and takes FAR too long to update. Sometimes calls don't go through. There is no "live" tracking. Need to find something more reliable.

6/2023 I left a 5 star review, GPS location was awesome on the android app, I could watch him walking, and the GPS would update automatically. now I have to keep shutting the app down and restarting it to finally get it to update. pushing the locate button, doesn't work. GPS accuracy was amazing at first, now it doesn't do it half the time. considering other carriers, they show the walking steps and live tracking, which is what this use to have. bring back the old GPS tracking please

I really wanted to give them a chance! Not exaggerating when I say each month had issues. We reached out to resolve, but it would either come back or a new one surfaced. For example: our kid is in bed but the app wakes us up to tell us he left home at 3am. 😆 It would alert us way after he left a safe zone. His steps would jump to 50K. Calls wouldn't always go through. Tech support was friendly but didn't always resolve. While disconnecting I was hit w a final bill even tho it doesn't work well

app never works right. says my kids watch is already setup but doesn't work on my app on my phone and keeps saying to activate. trash app, trash service. don't waste your money on this junk.

app doesn't help with all of the issues with this watch. The screen goes black or the watch stops making calls/texts and I have to reset the watch. Only had it for 4 months.
