UPDATE: My original review was 2 years ago, and unfortunately Gabb is no longer the same. Reading other reviews I'm not sure how people are having difficulties, because everything about my kids' watches have been a breeze! The GPS is super accurate, when they're at school I can tell they're each sitting in their classrooms which is awesome. The call quality is what you'd expect for a watch phone. They're a little bummed they can't get photos. But overall these have been so great for our family!

Having a major issue with the app. We cannot add another parent to supervise my child. Only the parent that setup the phone can supervise. There app won't let us add another parent.

I have two of the watches and the GPS tracking has not updated for one of them in 3 days. we have turned the watch off and restarted it multiple times but that has not helped. I would uninstall the app and try again but I am on a trip 1200 miles away and cannot re-pair the watches once I reinstall it. The purpose of having the watches is to be able to track where the kids are. without this feature, this watch is not worth the money and neither is the monthly fee.

Waste of money. Every update that comes through causes the watch to impair and I have to delete the capp, reinstall & reset the watch completely. We've had this less than a year and I'm not sure we've had one full month of it working properly. Do not recommend.

multiple glitches, terrible troubleshooting. watch freezes up and un- syncs from account. Having to uninstall, reset, reprogram, and time suck for functioning watch!! Then it's not accurate for location. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

I can't add my child's phone to my gabb app. I get a "we're sorry we're experiencing issues please try again later" or something along those lines. I can't see her location because I can't set the phone up!

Gabb, get it together and fix your service. We have a gabb watch 3e. nothing works most of the time. weve been a customer for at least a couple years. the service altogether has been intermittent at best. always has service issues during the time of year when school starts. gps tracking and the battery stats syncing to the parent app dont work 90% of the time. turning off the watch and turning it back on is not a feasible solution.

I updated the app to the latest version due to the warning that my current app won't work after certain date in September. After updating the app my kid's device got unpaired, and I still haven't been able to pair it to the app. Contacted customer service 2 different times and tried all the troubleshooting method given to us but the device is still not paired to the app. Very frustrating.
