app updated and now it won't work! shows "no contacts" on my phone app but I can see the contacts in the watch. trying to change some things on MY app (for the watch) and it won't work! upset paying $100+ for the watch and paying monthly for service and it doesn't work!

I am so frustrated...the location hasn't worked for over a month. The phone keeps logging out of the GabbID. It was great in the beginning, but only 2 months in and it is not functioning the way it was portrayed.

Horrible now after last big updates, i dont get my daughter's texts and I can't log into the part where you can manage her contacts, see flagged texts, etc. because it won't send me a code to my cell phone. it also doesn't update location as well as it used to if she doesn't have internet, heaven forbid she gets picked up. glad its cheap and no socials but not a fan!

I haven't been able to track my child in 7 days and I've done everything possible. Not impressed!! This is a huge safety issue!!

glitch galore gps tracking is not consistent or accurate 90% of the time, very disappointed they still have not figured out how to make things reliable after years of providing service.

Since updating the location does not update. Tried contacting gabb and several things to try fixing on my own with no luck.

11-6-2025 Tracking is non existent. The tracking says the phone is at home 100% of the time. POINTLESS. 3-1-2025 Just ok. The theory is good but the tracking lags and isn't spot on. Recently, about the last week, my daughter can't look at her pictures! Her gallery opens and then it promptly shuts. Rrrrrrr!
