Thought everything was great for about a month! Now my child cannot get calls or texts from their father. Spent an hour with customer service, who finally admitted this is a known issue, but they didn't bother telling anyone about it. It is still not resolved. They don't know how many people it affects or how soon it can be fixed, and were completely unconcerned with the thought of a kid standing outside waiting for a ride, unable to get the call or text saying who will be there and when.

Useless. Hard to setup. Constantly shuts off for overheating. 33% of ours don't turn on anymore. Worst is we'll be 45 minutes into a drive when we get notified that our kids have left the geo fence. At the park trying to call the kids and mostly get "this call can't be completed..." Then they have the hubris to want $40/line to cancel something that doesn't work. We were lucky to get them on a discount weekend, but now we're stuck having to get new devices and pay for two services.

Update:changing to two stars as their support is very proactive and quick. Reamins to be seen what ultimate outcome is. Don't do it. It's just a pain. Watch works ok sometimes. Since I have had it in the last year, I had to replace it once, reset it twice, and the latest issue watch reset itself and now won't activate. The app is just not great, and neither is the products that go with it. Save yourself some pain and time and find something else.

Such a disappointment. The GPS seldom works, you can't see what your kids are texting, customer service is a joke if you want to cancel your plan you will never get ahold of anybody. Parental settings don't work to limit time. DONT USE GARBAGE GABB!

Kids devices are saying they are offline. We have had so many problems with the have watch and updates that do not help. This is a watch for safety and I can't even track my kid. What's the point

Gabb watch is awful. We have had nothing but trouble from messages just stopping working and only solution is to factory reset everything, then set it all up again, fix that issue then location no longer works. The only reasons to use this watch don't function reliably. We are going to have to take the "L"on this and switch to something else.

This watch and app are very buggy. Rarely tracks location, needs to be reset every month or so. Really disappointed in the watch and app performance all around.
