Completely useless now. It just went through some update and disconnected both of my children and my self from the app. My wife has the master account and she can still see me and has me selected as guardian, but that is meaningless. I have no access. one of my children has been removed from the account and the other, we can see (in my wife's app) but cannot do anything with. my daughter's watch is now stuck in focus mode because we cannot access it via the app to turn that off. garbage.

Nothing works after the latest update. Can't add text presets, review tasks, add tasks, basically nothing but see where the device is in the world and how much battery life it has.

July '25 update has essentially nerfed this app. I'm a "Guardian" attached to my daughter's Gabb 2 watch and can no longer initiate live tracking (at least not that I can find). They removed the display of the device's phone number (why?). It's been years of people asking Gabb to have multi-parent primary accounts and that's still not a thing - something any basic app focused on kids parental controls should have. I think I may have also stopped receiving low battery alerts after the update.

Every time the app or watch receives an update, my watch unpairs, loses the ability to be recognized, or straight up disappears from the app. Today, it happened again with the latest app update and refresh. Sometimes I can fix it, other times it just won't work and takes over a week to be fixed. Most of the time, I just have to try again once a day until it finally works. I will not renew after my contract is up.

Everything worked fine for 2 years, but the updated app no longer connects to my child's Gabb 2 watch. Customer service was not helpful. They no longer sell the Gabb 3 watch, so we're looking at other kids watch options.
