I am so ready to drop this phone, service, and app into the toilet! The notifications are garbage (there's been 28 "entered" today for 1 "left"), often runs out of "data" (despite having wifi access but no internet). I can't imagine the kinds of arguments & turmoil that happens b/w parents & their kids over inaccurate tracking. I've been in the exact same room with my kid's ph (as in within my line of sight), & get repeated notifications that they've "left" & "entered"!! UGH!

This app has worked better previously, but currently, we have had GPS issues and app to watch syncing problems. My biggest complaint is the contacts I've added on the gabb app for my kids' watches are not syncing to the actual watch. Both of my kids can't even call me or my husband, so basically, their watches are useless right now.

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! This is a huge safety risk. The GPS service is the whole reason why we got this phone and now we can't locate our son!!! Support is not helpful. They can't tell us where our son is and said to restart his phone and try again. HES NOT HOME? The phone gets massive amount of spam texts even after changing the number. Also conversations that look like a drug dealer previously had the number. They throttle the data. It's just a giant mess. We'll be looking for an alternative.

Been a customer for 3 years. We used to love the service but had some major issues within the last 8 months . We upgraded to a newer Gabb phone that was bought from Gabb directly and it's been downhill ever since. GPS would place pins somewhere other than the true location. Gabb music works when it wants to work not when you want to use it. The parent Gabb App keeps signing out and alerts are on a huge delay or don't come at all. Looking for a new provider because it has been enough.

We've had this service for years and it seems like, similar to everyone else, the location services just don't work anymore. With the number of complaints you would think it would be a priority. When will that be remedied? I don't need an apology, just when I can expect a fix.

What a waste of money. it's very obvious this used to be good but Gabb is trying to save money on IT cost at the expense of uptime, availability and most importantly CHILD SAFETY. When my child needed this watch to get in contact with us, the watch failed. The contacts and messages were all blank and my child didn't have a way to contact us. I visited gabbs website to see a slew of outage notices and known issues regarding missing contact information on child watches. Unacceptable! Unreliable!

The App and device have been nothing but problems for the entire time we've had them. I have reached out to customer service and the refuse to help me. I've had to factory reset the device at least 3 times. The device has had no contacts for weeks (months?) despite them showing in the app. I can't edit the focus modes in the app. The changes won't save. I'm beyond frustrated with Gabb and the Gabb 3 watch. We will not be returning to the service one our contract ends. s

suddenly stopped updating location, now the app will not recognize when my child's watch is on. customer service is blaming android saying it can't "see" the newest version on the app.
