The watch worked pretty well in the beginning but now it's having GPS issues and not locating where our daughter is most days and constant issues with calls going through as well. It will say it's off through the app but when we check the watch its on and has almost full battery, pretty disappointed.

Do NOOOOOT be taken by this company. We are on month 2 of service and absolutely regret having bought into this trash scam company. Their operating system is absolute junk. And their tech support is worse!!!! This company is just stealing our money. Our kid can't call us when they want and vice-versa! Tracking is even worse. Half the time, we don't know where our child is. Tech support is absolutely NO help!!! DON'T DO IT, You WILL REGRET IT!!!

I wanted to find my son's phone. I have the Gabb Messenger app for flagged messages but that didn't seem to have the GPS info (neither does the website) so I downloaded this. When I logged in, it wanted me to add a device because it could not load the device already attached to my account. I spent a long time trying to add the device but was not able to. Overall, Gabb has been a disappointment, and cost a lot more than my regular service.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have an issue so often with the watch I already know all of the steps customer service is going to tell me to do when I contact them and the ONLY solution is resetting the watch completely which is so time consuming to do. Now the watch is not charging correctly and I'm told it's a $40 replacement fee even though I've been paying for a warranty for almost a year?? I can't wait to get out of this contract.

Worst thing I've ever spent money on!!..the watches are garbage, made from garbage materials, with garbage signal. Do not waste your money on this junk. If you're just getting these then return them immediately and go somewhere else. 9 times out of ten the service can not find the watches which is the whole selling point of their service and the one time it will actually find it is if you restart it several times first. Locked into a worthless 2 yr contract that I will not finish paying on!

This has caused our home more frustration than anything. App does not update or notify properly, products are trash, and service (customer and product) is terrible. You also can't have 2 parents with access to devices. Not useful.

Horrible experience. App won't pair to "upgrade"devices then Gabb won't refund upgrades and charges early termination fees. Really a company with bad customer service and policies that are not consumer friendly even when devices sold won't work.
