Location service on the watch is terrible. Today it told me my child had left school in the middle of the day. I tried using the locate option to see where my kid was and it simply couldn't find her. Eventually I called her and she said she was fine. Things like this happen all the time. It says the watch is in some random place and then can't use GPS to update the location. All it's good for is calling and texting which is not why I bought it. I am looking into a different service.

Good idea with poor execution. You're only able to have one primary contact to manage the actual account so that means only one parent can actually do anything useful. Also, apparently, some devices/networks simply can't contact Gabb accounts, so I have a guardian account that can't call or text and there's currently no fix for that.

Horrible customer service. They just keep sending you to the next person. They told me I could not speak to a supervisor and I had to wait 3-5 business days to do so. I have had the watch since August. It stopped working, they sent three different replacements and still in October don't have a working watch. Horrible service, not the best device. Update: you can no longer find my name because I terminated my account. Also, billing asked me if $16 back would work for all my inconvenience. No.

Location is not working at all. Super disappointing. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Nothing about the phone works and half the time, calls can't be made!

I really like the concept of having a "safe" phone for my kid. The problem arises when you want to actually use the app to do anything. Setup was unintuitive and a pain. The app frequently has issues viewing the gps of the gabb phone (one of the main reasons i chose gabb). And my current issue is that when i try to log into the app it just refreshes the login screen and wont actually log in. Even after a fresh install and clearing cache and data. The app is useless until this gets fixed.

Currently not able to log into the gabb app. This has been going on for weeks now. I have contacted support and for days the issue is still not fixed. Every time I try to log in it reroutes me back to the log in page instead of into the app. Didn't have any issues before and just got my son a new phone with gabb.

Had the watch for several months, already on 3rd unpair and factory reset, this time to fix all black screen will not even activate. After several power cycles and full charge. Seems like the watch and app are not good at staying connected even when it goes on the same wifi every day.
