watch was great. now, it constantly reads he is offline and tracking is not working. tried every recommended fix. still not working. only has it 9 months!

so, the GPS option is what it got me to buy this watch, but now it's now working half of the time, tried to refresh many times and won't update the location!! I was going to get a second watch for my other daughter but now I'm considering other options!!! you guys really really need to fix this problem with the GPS I mean, is the MAIN feature, right?????

Not worth it. Their "support"is impossible to reach. Have never found a solution after reaching out with multiple issues. Had both the gabb 2 and 3 watches. Contacts and GPS locations glitch. Watches have yet to last the whole 2 years for the service plan. Deleted contacts continue to show, while current contacts aren't listed. Poor service, watches and support overall. Oh and don't forget to cancel your plan, bc they will continue charging you after the 2 years is up and without refund.

save yourself the irritation of owning anything gabb. limited customer support and the devices are terrible

Terrible customer support. The app has kicked all the guardians off of the account in May and none of us can track my son's location. It's been over a month and the only answer we get is "we apologize for the inconvenience" and "we are aware of the issue and we are working on it". This is a safety issue, not being able to GPS track my son. Gabb does not value the safety of children. This issue has been put on the back burner, and I have to go buy a whole new watch at a new company.

very disappointed in all things Gabb phone. These apps are slow and clunky and always shutting down. The GPS takes forever to refresh and there is always something wrong with the kids phones. Currently, my daughter can't get her cloud contacts and pictures since she replaced her gabb phone 4 pro. these things are very important to kids. The gabb 4 isn't showing any apps available after an update. patiently waiting for our contract to expire so we can go with our original phone provider

Expecting the Gabb Watch to work as advertised is the minimum expectation. It can't even do that. The reliability is questionable, which makes it useless. We've encountered issues with GPS tracking (no updates for days), texts and calls not going through, and now contacts and messages menu on watch is blank. The guardian contact does not even show, so the watch is useless - it cannot make or receive calls or texts. We have paired and unpaired and done all the recommended actions. Infuriating.

Worst service ever. We upgraded to Gabb Watch 3 after my daughter cracked her old one. It took hours just to pair the new device. Then within a month, text messages stopped working entirely. Customer support told us to factory reset the watch — now it won’t pair at all. We’re done. Switching to Fitbit for kids.

update: seems to be working after a factory reset. suddenly stopped updating location, now the app will not recognize when my child's watch is on. customer service is blaming android saying it can't "see" the newest version on the app.
