The last time my child's location updated was June 6th🙄 I've tried many different things to try to correct the issue with no luck. Very disappointing😔

Location doesn't work for some child devices on this app. Their tech services blames this on the cell service, except that maps proves location works fine. They refuse to fix the issue and I don't know where my kid is, Gabb breaches the contract on this one.

This watch is horrible.... my childs watch just stopped receiving text messages... she can send them out but she can not recieve any from anyone on her contact list... so disappointed bc this was the reason we got the watch!

Having constant problems with battery life. Gabb Watch 3 keeps saying it's offline. Waste of money at this point. My son was on a campout and he had no way to contact me if there was an emergency.

This seemed like a great deal but the app selection is pretty small and the location has never worked except for 5 min after each of the 4 times I called customer service and have them reset everything. It reads the location for a few minutes and then stops. My sons phone was last seen Sept 1st...its the 17th now. I suppose I will have to call customer service again...

The service is flakey as it gets. It frequently loses connection with the watch . It also destroys battery life.

This app, watch and service are the worst purchase I ever made. The app can show me a location of the watch once out of every fifty tries if I'm lucky. Not exactly helpful day to day, let alone in any kind of emergency. There are constant errors popping up when using the app. Any time I ask for assistance, I'm instructed to factory reset. In the year we've had the watch/app, I've had to factory reset and uninstall/reinstall at least 5 or more times. I highly regret purchasing from Gabb.

Have the watch for not even 2 months and the watch 3 will turn on but the screen flashes the gabb logo but then doesn't show the screen. Then the go's is not working.
