Borderline unusable

App is TERRIBLE! I have 2 of the gabb watch 3e. I was able to get them set up a while back and it was ok at best. One of them has had problems and I have had to factory reset it multiple times. The 2nd one now is not discoverable at all via the app. I tried to add a new contact. The app seems completely broken. It shows no contacts on either watch. I added the contact but neither watch will receive it no matter what I try. I've reached out to support via chat multiple times and its a black box.

We have used this device for a couple years and it was great in the beginning. Trying to locate our child has been frustrating as the app hasn't been working. The basic map is not working at all, only the satellite view. Please fix these issues. I see several other people with the same problem.

I was happy without any updates. I would gladly take reliable software and hardware from 3 years ago without any of these updates they've pushed. The updates are not reliable and multiple times have caused issues. Reliability should be your number 1 goal. These are for parents to communicate with their kids.

Have had this watch for a couple years now. Had a problem with it not charging/holding a charge last year. Was advised by tech support to "get a new charger, but we don't have one for you" so had to buy a knockoff off Amazon. Worked, but have to shut device off to charge it now or it wont charge. Now, since most recent update a few weeks ago, the watch says it's 0% charged even though it's 85-100% and just shuts down, can't even get it to turn on. so disappointing and frustrating.

This app has almost "factory reset" itself. When I log in (after being a customer for a year and a half) it says I no longer have devices (I actually have 2) The devices themselves have also been glitching.

EDIT: Did factory reset per tech support. Still having issues! Watch 3e. Since the update, nothing but problems. Overheats w/out doing anything. Turns off & on for no reason. GPS slow to track accurately. When it restarts, everything is gone. I've unpaired/re-paired and done hard reset. Very disappointed. Ridiculous. Should have gone with Bark.
