Since the update on August 30, nothing is working right!! It now has a 3 HOUR DELAY on notifications when entering/leaving safe zones!!! Even a one-minute delay could mean the difference between a child's safety and never seeing your child again! This is unacceptable!!!

We have bought this watch for my son. However it took us long time to setup the watch. The product has no manual and it took us so long to all both parents. Poor app and design. Not recommended. I regret to get this product.

Back to one star. A recent software update is apparently causing one of my 2 watches to overheat and shut down all the time. Tried to reset, but the setup process is different now and the watch refuses to find any WiFi networks, so I have an expensive bracelet instead of a watch. Customer service is AWOL as usual.

Update: after several hours with tech support we got the phone working. The only thing that seemed to make it eventually work was that I turned on the location on my phone. Right away after that everything connected. We tried everything we could before that. I don't see why locations would have anything to do with Bluetooth, but it seemed to help. Either that or it was a fluke. We will see how it goes.

This watch and app are absolute garbage. It will not connect to the app. It will not connect to the internet. Now it will not even let me put the password in for the internet it just automatically tries to connect and then says it won't work. Bluetooth works on literally every other piece of technology I have and I'm next to a fiber optic router. Piece of junk. I got this for a special needs child. What a waste of time and money. Hopefully I can send it back.
