Watch continually loses contacts and will not update location. I've tried all the potential fixes from factory resetting the watch to reinstalling the app.

Watch 3e. Since the update, nothing but problems. Overheats w/out doing anything. Turns off & on for no reason. GPS slow to track accurately. When it restarts, everything is gone. I've unpaired/re-paired and done hard reset. Very disappointed. Ridiculous. Should have gone with Bark.

app sucks, which makes product suck, doesn't store contacts. Just loads and loads. then says try again later. fix your problems or lose customers

when it works, it works. when it doesnt, its a nightmare. if you like deactivating, reactivating, factory resets, deleting accounts, creating accounts, then this is the app and service for you! Do you like talking to customer support for hours, this us the app/service for you! Id guess I spend at least 10 days a year troubleshooting these issues. Super frustrating when things dont work and the effort to resolve "minor" issues.

I really want to love this app, but the lag time on updating where my kid is at is so annoying. I shouldn't have to force close the app as many times as I do for it to finally give me an update. it's extremely frustrating.

My son has had his Gabb watch for almost a year now. He loves it and we (husband and I), our son doesn't go anywhere without it. Last night I think the system update Gabb did fried his watch. I took it off the charger and it was warm, haven't changed charging location (same spot every night). Wanting to check out the updates and there is nothing....blank no contacts, i tried calling it from my phone, doesn't light up. It rings but can't answer it....black screen. Have more to say but getting cut

I can't get the updated version for some reason. I had a problem and was suggested to uninstall and install it again. Now, I have an old app and an unsolved problem. My first issue is the most important one. The contacts aren't showing on my son's gabb watch 3. He can receive calls from me. But he can't call anyone. I tried and tried. of course. I called Gabb. They tried to help me, but the time and my patience ran out for that day.
