I wish I would have read all the reviews before I purchased. Just received my son's watch this morning and I've been trying to connect and set it up for 9 hours. Customer care states they're out of the office even though it's during their business hours. I'm angry and my son is so sad now.

***Update*** Watch crashed for a 5th time in 2 months. This time it was "unfixable". Agent was stumped and sent a replacement after forcing me to create another child profile. Nothing was fixed even with replacement because now I have 2 accounts for 1 child and the new watch can't read either ID and is completely non-functional as well as the original. But I'm still expected to pay and pray System has massive bugs they can't/won't fix. Get a regular phone. This isn't worth it AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

The birthdate data entry is onerous and it will not connect my phone. I have rebooted and my coverage is fine. Super frustrating initial experience after all the "upgrades"

Received Gabb watch 3 and tried setting it up. Watch refuses to connect to my phone via Bluetooth. I've power cycled my phone and the watch, and turned off and on my Bluetooth and still no connection. Watch doesn't connect to wifi even when it's less than 2 feet away from the wireless router, and the watch suggests to move it closer for a better signal. At this point it's nothing more than a paper weight that charges me a monthly fee to not work. Do not buy until Gabb works out these issues.

Horrible gps issues. It NEVER updates. Always says my child is home. I have restarted her phone numerous times and reloaded the app, but it's garbage. I can't wait to get out of the contract and get something that works to keep my child safe.

VERY sometimes on service and function. My Gabb 3 watch just turned off at 97% and wouldn't turn on for days despite trying everything. About a week later it decided to turn on and I had to reassign my gabb ID. Now the app is saying it can't locate the watch despite trying everything except removing it, again. Fix your service or I'll be requesting a cancelation for failure of service.

Very dissatisfied customer. After trying to work with support three times and the chat not working I tried the phone support. BIG MISTAKE. Phone technician actually made it worst. Now the phone will not pair with my parent app. The issue before this was a failure of the gps locating. I have asked to speak to a manager four times and never been transferred to one. DO NOT use this company.
