Have had non-stop issues with gabb wireless and the mygabb app. Randomly my gabb will stop locating the device which requires several resets on the phone to work. Only bad reviews seem to catch the attention of anyone with the ability to actually help. Currently gabb id (the app on the device itself) has taken 6 hours to still not update the device with the contacts and pictures from gabb cloud.

Worked fine for awhile, but now hasn't updated it's location for 4 days. Calls and texts go through, but the GPS is pretty much useless. Definitely doesn't feel like we're getting our money's worth.

Customer service is pathetic. I've contacted them several times and it takes almost a week to get a response. When they do respond they don't help.

Texting and calling is great. But the GPS is not great. Takes 10mins to tell me my child has left a safe zone. We live in town and low signal should not be the issue. I have 2 children with these watches and I usually only get notified for 1 of them which is a concern as well. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over 45mins and I had to hang up.

This app always stalls when I try to open it. Sometimes never opening at all. It's disappointing when I'm trying to locate my kids in the neighborhood or help them find their watch. I am wondering if i should have gotten the gizmo instead. Verizon has better maintained apps.

The ability for my 7 year old to call or text specific contacts and gps for safety with boundary settings sounds perfect, right? 90% of his attempts to send a text fail. I've sent him texts that show going through on my end that he never gets. The return window is very small and if you open it at all - $50 restock fee from Gabb. Doesn't matter that they don't follow through on it functioning in the most basic ways possible. Support is SLOW. And the app is awful! 0 stars.

Plagued with issues, unable to setup recurring tasks in both android and IPhone app. The days do not show up to select recurring days so I'm unable to add recurring tasks even though at one point a long time ago I could.
