Very frustrating experience. I did some research and I liked the idea of this phone, but after paying over $200, I am not happy. The brand new phone came and I was unable to upload any of the 4 apps onto the phone. Customer service was not extremely helpful until they determined the new phone needed an update...like within an hour of receiving and activating. Now, my child is on a field trip and the app cannot locate the phone. I am texting and calling my child so I know the phone is on with svc

The location on this app rarely works. 95% of the time it can't find the phone. It is something in Gabbs system because it comes and goes on its own. For 3 weeks it did not see the phone even though I was holding it in my hand at the time. Then out of no where it just started to work again. After a little while it stopped again. Extremely unreliable.

Unreliable tracking and extremely delayed notifications of my child's Gabb Phone. It's constantly not finding my child's location and saying the phone is off or has poor coverage. I know the phone is in an area with an excellent signal, as well as my child can make and receive calls and texts. Also when my child leaves a trusted area that we have setup the notifications take 30 minutes to 1 hour to notify me. This is unacceptable. Our 5-year-old Gizmo watch is much more reliable!!

Haven't been able to add contacts to my kids watches for over a month now because the app keeps telling me that they already have 25 contacts. They only have 15. Customer service was not helpful at all, just said a fix for this bug would happen soon. And here we are over a month later and it still hasn't been fixed.

**UPDATE** Gabb is sending us a new watch to replace the defective one. GPS still lags on the working watch. Patrick on chat was extremely helpful. ** I bought 2 watches for my sons for Christmas. They worked fine on Christmas day. After turning them off overnight, one would not connect to the network. I tried restarting and going outside. We are in a location with great cell service. I had to remove the device in the app and add it back. Turned it off again and it wouldn't connect again.

I bought this watch specifically bc it allowed more contacts than the gizmo. Apparently there is a glitch not allowing the 25 contacts with no timeline on when it'll be fixed.

App is buggy. Features work inconsistently. I rarely end up using it. Especially Gabb 'Go'

Useless device. Can't locate the watch. Restarted it a few times. It's right in front of usand yet, the horrible app can't find it. People should stop buying the watch and put this company out of business for selling untested, unreliable products that's targeted for kids' safety. Stay away from this app and Gabb watch.

In theory it's a great idea...if it would actually work and not constantly glitch and crash.
