Got an upgrade from watch gabb2 to gabb3 created an ID but can't even log into. Keeps saying something went wrong/failed. Battery life doesn't seem to last. The app seems worse with the gabb3 watch. I've tried to remove the device, reset, and see if we can log into the ID account. Nope. The alarms I have set go off 1 hr prior or 1 hr later! The GPS is worse. Just as the gabb2 watch was doing a fine job tracking, the downfall of the one we received constantly had a black screen and won't turn on

While I appreciate the safety feature of being able to track my child on their walk to school, this app itself is not great. A) the tracking will randomly fail at least once every few weeks for no discernible reason--which is its primary function! And b) the "Safe Zone" feature is only a circular radius as opposed to an area I can define. Plus I only get alerts about my child being out of the Safe Zone if the app is already open and I'm looking at it! So that feature is basically useless.

Extremely late notifications. The most common experience in-app is "Something went wrong...". Thank goodness my child hasn't been stolen because the delay is between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

Awful to set up! Took almost 3 hours with customer service! First day he used it I couldn't track him!! I'm not happy.
