Good luck adding new devices. This app is so awful. Had to replace my son's watch today because the mic on the old one died after 3 months. I'm trying to link the new watch and the app just goes in circles during the setup. I can't scan the barcode because the app wont open my phone's camera (yes I checked permissions). So I try to manually enter the IMEI #, but the app just pushes me back to try using the camera. Reinstalled the app, still not working. Guess I get to call support again...

The new update was supposed to have improved gps tracking but my son wore his watch on a field trip today and I was not notified when he left or returned to his safe zone! This is unacceptable!!

We have not had the watch very long. After a couple of weeks, the watch will not locate any longer. We can make calls and text on it, but cannot locate it. It lets us know when it's on and off, but the locating option is not working. We have tried all the updates but no luck. The whole reason for getting the watch was location and of course it doesn't work.

The location option is pretty much obsolete. The point of this type of service is to keep kids safe and without the location is useless. Maybe try Bark or any other dependable option.

The watch worked pretty well in the beginning but now it's having GPS issues and not locating where our daughter is most days and constant issues with calls going through as well. It will say it's off through the app but when we check the watch its on and has almost full battery, pretty disappointed.

Do NOOOOOT be taken by this company. We are on month 2 of service and absolutely regret having bought into this trash scam company. Their operating system is absolute junk. And their tech support is worse!!!! This company is just stealing our money. Our kid can't call us when they want and vice-versa! Tracking is even worse. Half the time, we don't know where our child is. Tech support is absolutely NO help!!! DON'T DO IT, You WILL REGRET IT!!!

I wanted to find my son's phone. I have the Gabb Messenger app for flagged messages but that didn't seem to have the GPS info (neither does the website) so I downloaded this. When I logged in, it wanted me to add a device because it could not load the device already attached to my account. I spent a long time trying to add the device but was not able to. Overall, Gabb has been a disappointment, and cost a lot more than my regular service.
