Everyone that we worked with at Garden State, especially Norm Tomasello and Christopher Pell, were very communicative and answered all questions that we had fully. They got us a great rate and helped us move through the mortgage process fairly painlessly. They even went the extra mile during a post-loan audit when additional documentation was needed and I had just given birth and was not able to quickly provide it. I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them.

From start to finish my refinance took 1 month. The process was simple and efficient. Garden State Home Loans was able to communicate with me effectively so that I did not have to spend a lot of time with filling out forms and providing the proper paperwork. They were very responsive to any question I had during the process. Normally a refinance or any banking is a painful process, this loan was a breeze.
