I have to say, the entire process was a lot less painful than others have described in terms of getting a mortgage. I asked a million and one questions and all of them were answered completely. They explained everything very well, and kept me updated frequently. The entire process of sending over documents was a bit tedious, but made easier since it was all done over email. We were able to obtain the lowest rate in recent memory and Anthony and his team, especially Christopher Pell was able to get the process completed even though the lenders were inundated with requests at the time. The process did have a hiccup on the lender side and Anthony was able to trouble shoot and get the process completed. It took an additional appraisal and two weeks, but Anthony covered any added expense and was superb to deal with. Best of the best.

We have worked with Anthony and his team at Garden State Loans on several occasions now for both a new mortgage and refinancing. The whole process which could be very complicated is very quick and simple with Garden State Loans. They are extremely thorough and always take time to immediately answer any questions that I have. I have recommended them to many friends. They consistently get me the best rate possible. Call them - you will not regret it.

Just closed a refinance through Garden State, and to put it simply, Anthony and his team are able to get things done. I was very impressed with their ability to deal directly with the lender and to quickly work out what documentation we needed so that we could close our loan quickly and successfully.Anthony is clearly hugely knowledgeable about the industry and the application process. His team are helpful and responsive, and they were able to offer me a better rate / terms than many competitors.Highly recommended.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service! Anthony, Michael and their team, made the refinancing process very seamless. I did everything online and things moved relatively quick. Best of all, I ended up getting the best rate available at the time. I Highly recommended Garden State Loans!

From beginning to end Norm was great and very helpful. We got exactly what was promised in a professional and timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Norm and Garden State Home Loans. You get exactly what is promised to you and they walk you through every step. Very professional and very knowledgable. We had a very smooth transaction. We used Garden State Loans to refinance our mortgage. Everyone we worked with was professional and responsive, and they were able to get it completed quickly while also saving us money off of our monthly payment. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would recommend them to prospective home buyers/people looking to refinance.

We used Garden State based on their good reviews on Zillow as our mortgage broker for the new house in NJ. We worked closely with Jeremy Matchett and Christopher Pell and both of them were great. The worked so hard to find the best rate for us and were always responsive for our emails or calls. We are considering doing refinance with them again after selling our current residence. Highly recommend their service.
