Waited over 45 minutes for 2 steaks. Others seated after us ate and left before we got any type of information on our food
The first couple of times I have dined here, food was wonderful. The last few times, it has been nothing but disappointing. No seafood was available except for salmon and shrimp cocktail. Shrimp were small and flavorless. Burger was very dry. I would NOT recommend dining here. You will be disappointed.
Our service was terrible for a fine dining restaurant. Apps were late (maybe forgotten until we asked the Manager about them when she stopped by our table). Drinks were refilled but empty dish ware and glasses were left on the table. The shrimp et tou fe was overly spicy to the point my Dad was choking so we ordered a substitute meal of salmon for him. The restaurant and food was decent. However, when paying the prices that they charge, you expect impeccable customer service. This unfortunately was not the case with our server. We barely saw her. Refills were nonexistent. Asked for water with lemon. Reminded her twice (when appetizer was delivered and again when food was delivered) and then eventually gave up when the lemon never arrived and neither did a refill. Personally, not worth the price tag to me when you can receive much better customer service elsewhere.

We are regular customers. The service was extremely slow. Some of the items were not Available and we we only told 20 minutes after placing Our order. The food was good overall.
Steak tasted burnt. Awaited 45 minutes for check because the system was down and no discount was offered

Crammed everyone into small section of restaurant. We had reservations at 5 and were out at a table that could not hold our drinks, appetizers and entree’s without taking stuff away meanwhile parties of two sat at massive tables along the wall big enough for parties of 6. Ridiculous we pay $400 for dinner and have to sit on top of each other. As for the food, how in the hell do you cook a rare steak medium? Rare is the easiest to get correct. We arrived a few minutes early to check in at the desk and no one was there. There was no one there. We waited 5 minutes before the host came back to the desk. He said he'd be right with us but gave us no indication how long we would have to wait. We weren't seated for another 10 minutes. Even though we didn't ask for one, we were told they didn't have any booths available yet the very next couple they sat (less than 2 minutes after us) was directed to a booth. Sent back the ribeye. Asked for medium and it came out well done. When they returned with the steak it was cooked more well done than the first one. Not worth the price. Steak was horrible. Spent alot of money at that restaurant and very disappointed in the food.
