Never cease to amaze me at the Tacoma Gene Juarez. Jessie and Nadia did a fabulous job coloring and cutting my hair. They worked together seamlessly and all the while made me feel apart of the process.
I was there to get my hair cut by DREW. She is awesome, as always!!! wonderful person and a great stylist. I did notice some remodeling that has happened at the Tacoma location, it looks OK, not great but it is an improvement over the last few years decor.
Diane is simply the best. :-)

As always it was a wonderful experience and my color and haircut are fabulous. I have been getting my hair done at this salon for over 7 years and it has always been a great experience.
Efficient - no long wait time Effective - cutter knows how I want my hair cut and does it Effusive - happy greetings by all; the front desk, the cutter and the back checkout.
Excellent service. The only place I trust to have my hair cut.
I love my stylist and the service I receive at the Gene Juarez Salon at the Tacoma Mall but the floors in that place are a fright. Super dirty in the corners. Doesn't speak well for a high-end salon.
