i've gotten my hair done by amanda m. multiple times and vina t. walked me through my first brazilian wax, and i had great experiences with both of them! amanda always gives me just what i want and is so personable & helpful. like i said, i've only been with vina once, but brazilians are NOT easy (imo) and she made me feel soooo at ease!! she seriously helped keep my nerves and embarassment at bay. every other staff member i've met is super friendly, including over the phone. i love this place & hope to try other services so... read more

Sarah / colorist = blonde goals achieved. She listened and understood then produced amazing results first time seeing her, plus was cool and easy to talk with. New to the area, checked out the salon for the first time a while ago based on a rec from a friend.. had a cut/color on pretty short notice rolling the dice w stylists on my first visit.. great they allow quick apts online.

I have been going to this location off and on for years. My regular stylist retired awhile ago, and my colorist retired about six months ago. I went in about a week and a half ago, and happily met my new colorist Amy. I returned to see Heather. First off, both of these ladies are miracle workers. Seriously. I went in with quarantine hair- a botched dye job that left me with a large orange spot on the side of my head, and bangs I cut into my hair myself. They are doing a great job with all the restrictions due to covid. Download the app to make appointments and pay. Arrive 5 minutes, not sooner from your appointment time. They've cut out a lot of the comforts that comes with a spa but that's due to covid. Staff is friendly and all their stylist, esthethicians, etc. are knowledgeable and talented. I had my color done by Rose this evening. I absolutely loved her artistry and creativity with my color. I have always had a great experience at Gene Juarez at the Tacoma Mall, both design and color. I am so impressed with the customer service, especially her willingness to work late this evening to do my color. I highly recommend Rose for color services and am looking forward to what she comes up with the next time I go in.

After years of searching for the perfect hair stylist I found him! I've been going to Jae for a few years now and I'm always amazed at the work he does. The compliments I receive after a cut and style are never ending. (Minus one star for a not so great balayage experience by a different person.)
