I always wait til the last minute and then have to get in NOW! So I saw someone i had never had before. LOVED Lindsey! !!!! Marvelous shampoo. Love the cut. She's a sweetie ! Great experience.
The actual salon experience was great. Everyone was very nice and the environment is very clean and well kept. I also got a great haircut. However, I am not satisfied with my hair color. The highlights are so subtle (and only in certain spots) you can't even tell I got highlights. I have been going to GJ salon for the past 13 years and have gotten every one of my haircuts and spa service done...
I had the pleasure of skin care therapist Aurea giving me a facial. I will book with her for as long as I receive facial at the Tacoma spa. She is wonderful, not only does my skin feel and look better when she is finished but I'm totally relaxed and feel so much better.
Aurea is wonderful. I've been seeing her for waxing for nearly ten years and she consistently does an amazing job.
I have been coming there for a couple years to get my hair colored and have always had a friendly welcoming enviroment. I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle to do my full foil. she did an amazing job. Took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. she did fantastic. will definitely recommend her!

Gene Juarez is a great place to unwind and relax. The Tacoma location is not very large, but their staff is accommodating and friendly. Once you step in, you will forget you are in the city or anywhere near a mall--it's an oasis!
