My hair was very damaged. But when I tell you that Drew has brought life back into my hair, she literally revived everything about it!!! The layers, the dimension, the total look is gorgeous. Not to mention she is a ball of positivity you won't have a boring sit at all! Overall looooooooooved my experience and I will definitely be coming back to drew! Only complaint I can have is I tried to call their front desk, but it can be difficult to get ahold of their phone line, but I imagine it's because of how busy they are.

I've been going to Gene Juarez for well over 10 years. Everyone is always very professional and friendly. I've had many hair stylists and colorists throughout the years and hands down the BEST are Diane (Color) and Drew (stylist). I would go out of my way to see them. They listen to their customers and apply their amazing skills and "Wha-la" amazing results! I highly recommend this dynamic duo!

Since climbing Mt Kilimanjaro a few months ago, my feet have been in terrible shape. I've a had a few pedicures at other places but my feet have continued to look and feel like the mountain climbed me (or ran me and feet over) instead of the other way around. BRAH! The reviews are true, Amanda is the bombdiggity! This young lady made me feel like a pretty woman. With just a few snips of her magic shears she had me ready to sing ohh la la la! She is also adorable and a sweetheart to boot! Fast, funny, intelligent, kind, professional, and honest. What more could you want from a human and a hair stylist!

I've been going to the Tacoma Gene Juarez for over 8 years because every single hair stylist and colorist is fantastic. Never written a review before though, until today. Yesterday I went in for a drastically short cut and was a little nervous. I needn't have been. My stylist was Drew, who immediately put me at ease. My first time going here and I had a great experience! The price was what I would have paid for anywhere else. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had Chelsea as my colorist and Kaylee as my Stylist. I will be back.

Redheads look here! Rose, my colorist, is pretty much a scientist! She mixes chemical and colors into natural looking shades of red. She is a redhead herself so you can trust her. She is always super honest and let's me know when I need a haircut or a deep condition. Rose is professional, fun to talk to, and exuberates a wealth of knowledge in her specialty.
