I had a smoothing treatment put in my hair by a lady named Hannah and she was amazing. It took about 3 hours to fully be finished and she was so nice during the whole time!! We no longer live in state but if she sees this I hope she knows shes awesome!

What great customer service!! I am an Academy employee, so when we book in blue we know we can be bumped if someone ( a paying guest) needs that time slot, so yesterday when I booked for today, I knew that could happen. However , when they did not call me to cancel, I assumed that I was good to go for my 9:30 appointment this morning and showed up only to find out that my appointment had been bumped yesterday afternoon by the call center but I was never called. I went from long hair to short shoulder length hair and I was so nervous but it came out so good!! I had Cori and she made me feel very comfortable and we talked for a good amount of time about what I wanted and didn't want before she did anything. I was offered water, tea or coffee and I was put into a comfy robe and I was well taken care of. I strongly recommend!!

I got a massage by Theresa and she is ammmmazing!!! She did an excellent job, and I feel wonderful! It was a great experience, I would definitely recommend going to see her!

After a series of horrible colors by mediocre stylists, then a trip to Seattle to see a professed celebrity stylist who literally turned me away because she was afraid to even touch my hair, I am thrilled to have found Hannah at GJ!! When I stopped in to GJ to make my appointment, I explained my hair debacle to the receptionists who were sympathetic and so kind to me. My stylist was amazing ! Her name is Kayla and I have never had such a great time getting a haircut. I showed her a few pictures and she really took her time to understand me and what look I was going for. She also let me know every time she had an idea of what more to add. But did not proceed with out my approval. This was the best experience I have ever had while getting a haircut. Will be back for sure every 2 months :)

Sophie has been my stylist for 4 years and Nicole has been my colorist for about a year now. They listen and are very knowledgeable. They both are total sweethearts!

Loann did my nails and they are beautiful! The salon service was very friendly and has good service! Loann was also very friendly and fun to talk to. She have me a thorough manicure! Loanns nail service Is high end quality! I recommend this service.

I have been here twice in the past 4 months and both times Genevieve has been my stylist - the first time was serendipitous and the second time I asked for her because I really liked what she did! She is wonderful! Very professional, provides great recommendations, and has the magical talent of being able to shape a style according to your head/face shape and not just match the picture you show her!
