Had my haircut done by Poly, she understood exactly what I was describing for my desired look & is a true master of the craft.
Wow!!! Alex g and Kristen Smith are the best team. My color is perfect. My haircut, OMG!!! Someone finally knows how to do my hair! It's been years of mediocre haircuts and color! This is the the team to go to if you want a great cut and color! I am so happy! I wish I could give more stars. Life changing

Luca is an brow ARTIST! The only person I trust with all my skin care & waxing needs. She's not only super knowledgeable but she is beyond professional and friendly. Shout out to Aurea,Suzanna, & Cydne who work at the Tacoma location as well. The spa ladies are remarkable. Definitely would recommend anyone of these ladies for your skin care or massage needs. As for the receptionist I would like to give recognition to Tricia & Autumn for making me feel welcomed the moment I walk in!

Kenzie did an amazing job fixing the color of my hair that a different salon had done poorly. Kenzie explained what she could do and went to town! It turned out just as I had wanted. Will definitely be going back to Kenzie to have my hair colored!

Today was my first time to this salon. After my last two haircuts at other salons leaving my hair very choppy with completely random and uneven layers, I decided to spend the extra money. Amanda was on time with my appointment (they were able to get me in same day on a Saturday ) and she was totally sweet and personable. She listened to my likes and dislikes and gave me exactly what I came in for. I left very happy!

The customer service is beyond amazing. Everyone was friendly. My stylist was very nice as well. However....she was supposed to be the highest level for a haircut and my hair was so crooked and not at all what I wanted :( I wish it was a different outcome since the salon is so nice and friendly.

Gene Juarez is truly one of the only salons I can say I trust fully. I have even seen a different stylist every time with the trust that every visit i will be highly satisfied. From cuts to color they seem to be the most up to date with styles and color techniques. I would recommend any Gene Juarez to everyone!

I've gotten my eyebrow waxed at the Gene Juarez salon for about 3 years. The salon is always clean and the costumer service is always helpful and warm. The only problem I have with it, is the end result of my waxing service is always mixed. While my eyebrows always looks great (yay!) after the waxing, how long the results last depends on who has done them. I've had them stay nice and clean for a month down to less then a week. This is my favorite place to get my hair cut and color! I've been getting my hair colored with Rayanne since 1999. I've tried other places here and there and I've had to come back to Rayanne to get it fixed. I won't go anywhere else. Also, Jae cuts my hair and is absolutely amazing. Won't go any where else. Each time I come I feel like family and have gained friendships for life. @blendstyles. Both Rayanne and Jae Rock!
