I have been going to this salon for several years. Once you find a stylist that "gets" you, it's a great experience. The staff is friendly and service oriented. I do agree that the front desk reception staff can be fairly condescending - not sure what that's about - maybe they just need different training. Overall, the best place I've found to get a good hair cut that really works for me.

The moment you walk into the doors into the Spa you are greeted with a smile and a sence of tranquility. From the hints of lavender to the delectable coffee and teas you are feeled with warmth and relaxation. It has been a long time since I have come in for hair services. The way the old Gene Juarez was has long gone. I felt shuffled to so many people just to get my hair for a partial foil. I like the old Gene Juarez that would have one provider and stay with you through the whole process.
