7 hrs later and I have orange hair. This is only my second experience ever with going to a salon and first here. I thought it would be way better at a reputable place, oh how I was mistaken! I don't know anyone who truly wants orange hair! I wanted warm red with blonde ends/sombre melt. Of course I showed several pictures of what I wanted and what I didn't want! Always a huge fan of gene Juarez! Ive gone here for the last 3 years and never ever disappointed. This week Simon was my stylist and he is definitely the best of the best! I came in with very long thick curly hair down to the middle of my back, wanting something completely different like a tori jelly short curly look. he hit the nail on the head with exactly what I wanted. I get my hair colored by Haley V and I recommend that everyone sees her. She does an amazing job!!! She is extremely artistic, helpful, friendly and always a pleasure to see! She gives great recommendations and even found me an awesome gal to cut my hair as well. Go see her and you won't regret it.

Lyric colored my hair and I was very happy with it! She gave me highlights and blended them perfectly! Will be back again. She listened to what I wanted and made the experience very comfortable!

I got my hair and make-up done here for a military ball. When I checked in, I was greeted by receptionist. She offered me a beverage while I waited for my stylist. Sophie did such a great job. I showed her 2 pictures of hairstyles that I really liked, and she gave me great suggestions as to which one to choose. The style I decided to get had curls and braids. She said she loves incorporating braids into hairstyles so I'm glad she was my hairstylist. She really took her time and made my hairstyle even better that the picture... read more

Have you seen Sophie? This review is for her! She is a very talented,trained and artistic gal. She has vision. I went to see her for a haircut and style. I am giving her five stars for listening to my needs, recommending a fellow stylist for color, giving honest opinions... And taking her time. I love my 60s bob!

Was my first time and even though it was busy I didn't feel like I was rushed at all my hairstylist Olivia was fantastic and really took the time to get to know me and know what my style is to help me frame my face. Thank you for putting me at ease. She is getting all of my recommendations

I'll never go to a different salon in Tacoma. I had another great experience here a few days ago when Dylan cut my hair. You're greeted immediately by genuinely nice hostesses with an offer of a beverage. Right from the start it feels like a luxury experience, despite being a mall salon. My hair was very long and in desperate need of some love. I really appreciated that Dylan didn't scold me for not getting a regular trim (as many hairdressers do). Kyle did and awesome job on my hair! Love my cut. My daughter has extremely curly hair and Claire did an amazing job with it. Couldn't be more pleased with our visit! If you have naturally curly hair and are worried about someone messing up your hair, stop and go see Kyle or Claire. Both stylists took their time and made sure they did it right. Great service! The whole place was friendly and made sure we were happy.
