Once again. Gene Juarez is more expensive than what it is worth! Paying individuals to do color separate from styling is a huge extra to the consumer. Trendy hair The only place I really know of in the South End is Gene Juarez at the Tacoma Mall. I got highlights done there and they're very knowledgeable. I think the girl I went to was named Hannah. Anyway, very professional and knew what she was doing. I wouldn't go there for a cut though unless you want to pay for one of the more experienced stylists.
